Yashvi's POV:

I was finally shifting to kutch and I was very excited as I was going to my home finally where I spent my childhood.

“Yashvi, we're reaching in half an hour.” My mom said

I was just so excited I started dancing in the car.

Moving to a new place means new beginnings, new neighbours, new friends and new everything.

Moving is life changing. It can change your perspective of living, it can change your whole life experience.

Who knows what might be waiting for me. A new adventure maybe? As I always have been extrovert. I could pull pranks on my neighbours? No no I shouldn't do that it might affect my sanskari image.

“We've reached.” My dad said and got off the car

We moved the luggage in. A suitcase. Actually, my suitcase was remaining which I had to take inside home but I was too lazy to do that so I kept it on the stairs of my terrace.

There was someone outside the gate talking with my mom so I went there curiously

“Aap abhi shift huye haina??? Achi baat hai. Ab Ganesh chaturthi ke celebration me aajaiyega kal” That aunty spoke

“Yeh-
Meri beti hai. Yashvi.” My mom told her

“Arey waah, bohot acha naam hai. But, iske kapde-”

Here we go again. Being a girl means you cannot wear shorts? Yeah-
Typical Indian society.

“Aunty, kapdon ka kya?” I asked

“Bohot short hai beta.” She said

“Haan aunty. Aapki soch ki tarha. And let me tell you, clothing cannot decide my behaviour. So, aunty ji, it was very nice to meet you. I hope we never talk again. Namaste.” I said and moved in our house.

“Tujhe pata haina yeh sab bolne ki zarurat nahi thi?” My mom said

“Kyun, bolne ka haq sirf unhe hai maa? Hume nahi??” I yelled and went in my room.

I was already tired so I slept for three hours and then woke up.

“You still have the suitcase outside.”
My aunt said

“Yeah, will take it in later.” I said and started scrolling my phone as it had many messages in it.

“Don't you have anything else to do rather than scrolling your phone!?” My mom said mockingly

“No, I don't” I said casually as I very well knew that I have to hear a lecture for atleast 4 hours now.

“How dare you-” My mom said
