After dinner, Vanessa decided to go back to her room but Cristina, Liam and Rooh followed her from behind. They knew no matter how much she was trying to show that she was fine but she wasn't, she was missing the brothers, Shadow and not to forget Ana and Ava. They didn't want her to be sad and gloomy so they decided to keep her cheered up.
Mikhail didn't follow them because he had some work to do so he was in the hall. When they saw her laying on the bed boringly so first Liam and Cristina decided to tickle her, they jumped beside her on the bed turning her off guard and started tickling her to which she started laughing loudly.
Since everyone has get to know about her disease the aura in the mansion was tense. Mikhail had gone crazy as soon as he got to know about her disease and started calling the best doctors in his contact and asked them to treat his princess with the best they have. It was like someone dropped a bomb on Gorbachev family.
When the three of them were tired after ticking Vanessa all of them stopped to catch their breath. Then Liam started telling them about his day and how some employees act so dumb sometimes. They wanted to keep her busy in the conversations so she won't think about her health and become sad anymore. Then after it Rooh started to tell them how Mikhail and she met and how they used to fight in starting days.
"and he used to get jealous of Liam too sometimes." Rooh said and chuckled remembering those days following by the other three chuckles behind her.
"Amor!" suddenly Vanessa felt like Alejandro called her and her heart skipped a beat. She turned numb for a moment and saw the other three who were still laughing at Mikhail's antic stories so she thought she might be hallucinating.
"Liam used to copy him whatever he does for me and Mikhail also scolded him saying 'she is my Lyubov so weight for your one." Rooh said mimicking Mikhail's voice earning chuckles from the three again.
"Mi charlatán!!" this time she felt like Emiliano called her so she stopped laughing and, everyone noticed it.
"What happened Roomi?" Rooh asked her confusingly because she was looking like she was in some dilemma.
"M-M-Mama can you hear some voices?" Vanessa asked her cautiously.
"No baby why?" Rooh asked back with a frown because she didn't hear anything. Vanessa shrugged and shook her head in denial thinking maybe she was hallucinating.
"And----" Rooh nodded at her before continuing to tell them more about Mikhail's behavior in the past but before she could say anything further Mikhail's loud booming voice caught everyone's attention.
"I SAID GET OUT OF HERE!!" everyone turned startled and Vanessa also felt like she was not hallucinating. They immediately got down the bed and started running downstairs to see what was happening there.
Vanessa also followed them from behind running downstairs and as soon as she reached the middle of the stairs what she saw shook her till her core. She saw the brothers there more precisely Emiliano who was standing with his gun pointing at Mikhail's forehead and vice versa. Seeing one of her husband and father cocking gun at each other's forehead made her feel terrified.
She immediately started descending down the stairs so did Rooh. They all reached downstairs and as soon as the brothers felt her presence in the hall that eyes trailed to her petite figure standing at the end of the stairs. Relief and satisfaction washed over their demeanor when they saw her in front of their eyes after a long time.
It was still looking like as a dream to them. They were dying to see her and now she was in front of them they will not let her go away from them so easily, not anymore. Emiliano without wasting any time started to move towards her but Mikhail thrust the gun in his forehead more.
"Dare to step towards her and I will shoot you right here and now." Mikhail said in his authoritative and threatening voice but it didn't scare Emiliano even a bit but Vanessa a lot.
"No one can stop us from going near our wife." Emiliano said smirking at him which triggered Mikhail and he put his finger at the trigger.
Everyone's eyes widened in shock and fear while Emiliano was standing there unaffected. He also put his finger at the trigger while the other two brother didn't bother to stop anyone of them. They both were about to pull the trigger when Vanessa and Rooh ran towards their husbands.
"Lower the gun down, Mikhail!" Rooh shouted at Mikhail but he had a weird kind of madness in his eyes that time like he will really kill the brothers if they will try to take Vanessa away from there.
"E-E-Emi! What are you doing p-put it down?!" Vanessa said to Emiliano in her trembling voice putting her small hand at his muscular arm and as soon as she did his cold eyes snapped towards her and immediately emotions swirled in them.
After seeing her so close to him and feeling her tender touch he felt so overwhelmed. Without wasting any time he wrapped his muscular arm around her tiny waist pulling her at his chest and flushing her against him completely. Liam walked closer to him angrily and was about to detach her away from Emiliano but this time Alejandro pointed his gun at Liam.
Cristina also came closer in anticipation and it was looking all melodramatic. Mikhail also gritted his teeth watching Emiliano's actions and pushed his gun more to his forehead scaring Rooh and Vanessa because the brothers' eyes held madness too like they will kill everyone here if anyone will stop them from taking their wife.
"Mikhail stop it. They are your son in laws." Rooh tried to knock some senses into Mikhail's brain.
"I don't consider them as my son in laws. My princess don't deserve these sick monsters." Mikhail spat venomously and his statement twisted something inside the brothers' heart because they knew it was true but they won't accept it.
"Like we care." Emiliano hissed angrily and pushed his gun more into Mikhail's forehead turning Vanessa more scared.
"E-E-Emi don't do this. He is my papa." Vanessa sobbed out in fear and Emiliano immediately wanted to kiss her so hard until she calms down. So he slowly leaned his face closee to her and pecked her forehead amiably.
"I don't want to do this either, Mi charlatán but I will not spare anyone who will come between you and us." he said sternly which irked Mikhail.
"The audacity of this man." Mikhail gritted his teeth so hard and was about to pull the trigger but Rooh held his wrist this time with stern expressions on her face.
"Stop it Mikhail. They are warm blooded young men but at least you act a bit mature. This is Roomi's life decision and her husband in front of you." Rooh told him and he understood that she was right but he didn't want to back away.
"E-E-Emi pull the gun down." Vanessa also pleaded him and same goes to him, he didn't want to back off either but seeing their little wife pleading him how can he neglect her command.
Sighing both of them pulled their guns down and then Vanessa's gaze trailed to Alejandro whose gun was still pointed at Liam.
"A-A-Aleja?" she called him out silently pleading him and he also took his gun down with a sharp exhale.
"Now everything is done then send them away before I loose my mind." Mikhail said with a stern urgency in his voice. Emiliano gritted his teeth hearing him and pulled her more closer to his if possible.
