Battle followed , with Gadget's surprising gadgets causing as much mayhem to themselves as to the enemy. However, Vex's calm precision with his tech turned the tide, allowing him to enter the AI's defences and insert a virus that slowly began to shut it down.
As the AI core began to falter, Dr. Claw retreated, vowing revenge. "This isn't over, Gadget!" he roared, disappearing from the screen just as law enforcement arrived to take control of the scene.
Back at headquarters, Chief Quimby congratulated the duo on their success. "Excellent work, both of you. You make a great team," he said as Vex and Gadget exchanged smiles.
Vex looked at Gadget "I have to admit, your gadgets are... uniquely effective," he said, chuckling.
"And your tech skills are absolutely top-notch, Vex!" Gadget replied, his coat accidentally springing out another unexpected gadget—a mechanical hand that gave Vex a friendly pat on the back.
As they left the building, ready for their next adventure, Metroville felt a little safer, a little brighter. With Inspector Gadget and Vex on the case, no digital villain was too daunting, and no cyber plot was too complex.
