*** Lucifers's POV ***

"White is not my color." Alastor grumbled buttoning up his suit. I picked it out for him with Y/n's help to wear for this meeting. It was close to his usual suit pattern, but a little longer, with red lining and accents, and more pronounced cuffs and collar. Y/n also tied his hair back with a white bow, leaving the framing fringes of his hair. It made him look like some sort of prince.

"It is customary to wear white in the counsel room." I said, looking him over. He said it wasn't his color, but I'd beg to differ.

"Well I think you look positively dashing!" Y/n cooed, handing Alastor a choice of his gloves. He looked at it for a moment, then picked the black ones. The moment he slid them on Y/n launched herself at him for a hug, making him chuckle before he bent down and kissed her sweetly.

He has been having less and less days where he picked the red ones. In the same way I have been having less panic attacks and depressive dips. Y/n was happy as can be, clearly feeling more stable than ever in the relationship. Hard not to be when you can literarily feel the other two as your mates. Its not that being together magically fixed everything, our problems were still there. But it was really a wonder how much a healthy, loving, support system could do.

"You should get dressed, we gotta go soon." I told Y/n. She's been so busy helping us find our things and get buttoned up she had hardly gotten herself ready. Even now after she peeled herself away from Alastor she was fixing my collar and dusting off my hat.

"Oh alright."

She bounced off to the bathroom leaving Alastor and I to finish off the details. "Always so doting." Alastor whispered and shook his head, but he had a soft grin on his face.

"You love it." I told him. Both us adored being fawned over by her, so he had no business complaining about it.

"Hah. I love her." He said, his smile turning slightly sly, "And you." I felt him grab the hair on the back of my neck and pull me gently to him to capture my lips. He let go, patting down the back of my head to smooth out the strands he just messed up.

"I love you too." I answered in a low whisper making him grin even wider.

The bathroom door opened and out came out... an absolute ethereal beauty of legends. An embodiment of divine grace and elegance. Alastor and I both halted in place, mouths agape as our jaws seem to have lost connection to the rest of our faces.

Y/n was wearing the white dress we picked out for her, but she had added numerous other accents. Accents meant for both of us. The dress itself was relatively simple, floor length and flowing. But the details transformed it. She wore gold jewelry, earrings, necklace and bracelets. She had replaced the originally plane white silk ribbons in the ruffles of the dress with red ones. Her hair was pinned up with a clip in the shape of a butterfly with red wings and a gold trim. She hardly looked like a sinner. In fact, give her a halo and I don't think anyone here would so much as question her presence.

Alastor and I took hard gulps trying to get our bearings.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that? Did I miss a hair?"

*** Your POV ***

You got flustered under their gazes, worried that something was off about your dress. Lucifer stepped in, grabbing you by the waist and planting a deep kiss on your lips before pulling away. "You look absolutely incredible."

"Correction, you look positively divine, and if we didn't have somewhere to be, well, we wouldn't be going anywhere at all." Alastor leaned his head to the side, placing his palms on his cane.
