Aiden's pov

After that I started avoiding her a bit. Ik it's mean but I can't keep catching feelings for her.. she doesn't like me like that and I know it.

A few days later

Ashlyns pov

Aiden has been avoiding me and idk why. I never see him in the living room anymore waiting for me to get home from work, he's picked up more shifts at work, and he's always in his room. The only time I see him is when he grabs dinner that I make and then he goes back to his room. After that I wont see him till he cleans up his dishes. Did I do something...? I would try asking him if he was mad at me but he would always say he would talk later he has work and then he would leave. I sigh as I sit on the couch since it was  my day off and I see a message from Taylor.

Fav twin: hey you should talk to Aiden about how you feel about him

Carrot: what are you talking about?

Fav twin: ugh I know you like him ash it's so obvious.

I blush when I read the message.

Carrot: i can't tell him...

Fav twin: please he won't leave us alone all he talks about is how much he loves you ash!

Carrot: .....

Fav twin: think about it ok?

I leave her on read.. he loves me..? I look at the time. "Shit Aiden is supposed to be home soon!" I get up and make dinner. I hear the door open as soon as I finished making the food and thought maybe I should tease him a little. "Here's your food Sweetheart" I say to him winking. He blushes and looks away. Cute. I thought. I then sit on the couch and started eating. I thought he was gonna go in his room until he sat next to me and started eating. "So I'm sorry about avoiding you lately..." He says. "it's fine ig I just wanna know why.. did I do something...?"

Aiden's pov

She looked so sad when she asked that.. "no oh God no you didn't do anything ash" I turn to look at her and I see her tearing up a little. I pulled her in a hug and she hugs back. She was just fine tho.. I mean she was kinda flirting with me earlier but why is she crying... I haven't seen her cry since my head got crushed by the ceiling... "Shhh ash it's ok I'm here.." she soon falls asleep in my arms.. "I love you so much Ashlyn Banner." I say and I bring her to her room after that I go back to the living room and pack up her food and I put it into the fridge. I see a bunch of food untouched in here.. has she been eating? I ask myself. It looks the same as this morning when I left. Nothing was touched and it was her day off so why didnt she eat. I mean ik why she didn't eat dinner but what about breakfast and lunch... God I hope she's ok.. I then clean up after i finish eating and I go and take a shower and then I go to bed..

Ig the next chapter you'll have to find out why ash was actually crying since she doesn't just cry out of the blue. Anyways I really hope you enjoyed this was my longest chapter so far. Have a good night/day bye guyss
