What a day...
At 3am, I woke with a sudden urge to go puke my guts out. Once I was done with that, Mila started crying again.
It was becoming an every night thing for the last couple of weeks for her to wake up, calling for me and I'd run to her. It got to the point of me watching her monitor like a hawk and not getting any sleep.
I'm learning everyday as I'm still a first time mom. Being told to not to go to my child everytime she cries is easier said than done. I pray that her sleepless nights go away. It is my mommy duty to figure it out.
But anyways, Kendrick shot his music video for King Kunta. Other than it being a huge party of seeing familiar faces and good vibes, we had to deal with a super cranky daddy craving, Mila, and an unexpected guest showing up. Kendrick, being the proud father he is and wanting to make her feel better, he filmed with Mila. Kendrick made her laugh and have fun.
I stood behind the scenes, recording them with my phone. Seeing them made me so proud of my little family. I didn't know he'd have her on camera but it's a good thing I tackled that wild head of curls of hers the night before.
But y'all, guess who decided to show up to the set...
Fucking Marco.
My ninja senses were strong today as I saw him first before he could see me. There was even times I noticed he was looking around like he was looking for someone. I spent good portion of time avoiding him. Thank god Tasha wasn't there like she planned to. Knowing her, she would've made a whole scene with her loud ass.
I successfully avoided him, but it's time to tell Kendrick. I've thought about it, he deserves to know. My only thing is, I don't know how he's going to react.
Afterwards, we hung out with some family and friends before heading back home. It's super late when we arrived and Mila was knocked out. After I changed her diaper and put her to bed, Kendrick and I was snuggled up on the couch and was watching a random movie while eating popcorn and drinking wine. We were about to call it a night when on cue, Mila started screaming.
Kendrick went to her. I decided I wanted some air and went the opposite direction. I just went onto the back patio to get some fresh air and watch the ocean. I leaned over the balcony, taking in the peace.
I don't sleep that well either, I don't always have nightmares but sleep doesn't come easy these days. I'm so paranoid and scared something might happen.
Damn Jamal.
Even though he's no longer a problem for us, he really did a number on us. And I hate him for it. After everything he's put us through, my baby and I almost died and he put hits out on Kendrick's friends, he's only serving 10 years to life. After 1o years, he'll be eligible for parole.
The crazy part is he didn't even get originally arrested for the things he's done to us. Apparently the night he targeted me and ran me off the road, he was drinking and driving.
His driving was so bad, people was calling police about his recklessness. Police caught up to him and pulled him over for DUI. Not only he failed the sobriety test, he was carrying illegal weapons, and the police officer recognized him from the reports I made from before. As soon as the officer touched his handcuffs, Jamal called himself trying to book it but the motherfucka was too drunk to do anything properly.
He hopped back in his car and instead of putting the car in drive, he put it in reverse and hit the gas, hitting the police car. He still tried to drive off once he realized his mistake but he was already surrounded by other police cars.
