"Did you sleep well last night"? Greg sat at the kitchen table as Gina slumped into the seat beside him. The question was directed to her, but in her daze, she didn't reply. Greg, however didn't have to ask a second time. It was evident from the dark bags under her eyes and the grayish color to her skin showed that Gina had anything but a good night's rest. "What are you doing today" Gina slurred, attempting to keep a maintained demeanor, although she obviously was failing. Greg smiled and leaned over planting a kiss on her cheek. "Whatever you want, baby. I'm off today, and I don't have to go in to the office today. Lincoln ' s got everything under control at headquarters so I'm taking the full day off". Gina perked up at this and her face brightened. Greg loved it when he could bring a smile to Gina's facr. She had such a beautiful smile, and he couldn't live without seeing it every morning.
