So I ended up not telling my therapist about what happened with my mom. I wouldn't want to have child protective services called after all my mom has done for me. But I had to tell her something so I told her my mom could be a little overbearing sometimes, a bit of an understatement but it felt fine to say that. She asked me for examples so I described her yelling at me for lying about where I was, she said my mom was probably just looking out for me and that I should tell her where I'm going because it would put her at ease. I know I didn't tell her the full story and therefore she didn't give me the full advice. It's not entirely useful to talk to my therapist when I don't tell her everything but I just couldn't today.
As for the plan, I came up with one when I noticed a very crucial detail about Roseanne's old friend, the one I made the fake account for (Her name is Portia by the way). On her real account I can see she only became close friends with Roseanne this year. This means there's a good chance she doesn't know the full story of what happened between Ayesha and Roseanne. But I did have to confirm this theory, to do that I made another fake account that pretended to be one of Roseanne's closer friends that she's definitely known for longer, Cassidy. I made sure that Portia wasn't following Cassidy's real account, then I texted her on Cassidy's fake account asking her if she knew what happened between Roseanne and Ayesha. Portia said "no, I just know they had beef as kids" I took this as a green light. I texted Portia back on Cassidy's account and said I would tell her what happened between them at lunch at the back of the school today. Now Portia knows this exchange is going to happen but Cassidy doesn't. To fix this, I texted Cassidy on Portia's fake account and told her I wanted to find out what happened between Ayesha and Roseanne. Cassidy told me she could tell me but I had to promise I wouldn't tell Roseanne she told me, so I promised her I wouldn't and asked if we could meet at the back of the school at lunchtime. She accepted my offer, thank god. I really hope this works, I don't know, it just seems risky. What if Cassidy mentions that Portia asked her to meet her here and Portia says that Cassidy was the one who asked her? I just have to wait until lunch, I hate the stress of waiting for things.
It's lunch now, the reason I asked them to meet at the back of the school is because there's a window in the art classroom that faces the back of the school, I doubt either of them would notice it was open. Plus, my art teacher always lets me stay here unsupervised during lunch to draw. So now I'm just waiting for both of them to show up and then I'll write down their entire exchange, if I summarize it I might miss something useful.
Portia: What took you so long?
Cassidy: Shut up and listen.
Portia: Excuse me?
Cassidy: Anne and Ayesha were friends as kids, Anne also had a best friend named Eric.
(Eric? Where have I heard that name before? I swear I have.)
Cassidy: Anne told her friend Ayesha that she really liked Eric, as like...more than a best friend. Ayesha told her to go for it and ask him out, but she warned Anne to give him time to think about it, Ayesha said boys always say yes if they have time to think about it. Anne trusted this advice because Ayesha had already had several boyfriends, even as a kid, that slut. Anyway, Anne asked Eric if he wanted to be her boyfriend, when he didn't answer right away Anne told him to think about it and get back to her tomorrow. But the next day when Anne went to school, guess who was holding Eric's arm and kissing his cheek?
Portia: (She gasped) Really??
Cassidy: Yeah! So Anne was really upset about Ayesha stealing her man and also ruining their friendship and her friendship with Eric.
Portia: I would be too.
Cassidy: Yeah so she kept quiet until the fifth grade and Ayesha kept dating Eric until Anne couldn't take it anymore. She exploded and asked Eric why he would get with Ayesha over her. Eric was slow to answer so Ayesha said it was because she was clearly prettier and skinnier, AND ERIC AGREED!
Portia: REALLY?
Cassidy: YEAH! Oh no... Anne's texting me I better go, she's wondering why I'm not at her table
Portia: What are you gonna tell her?
Cassidy: What I always do, obviously.
After that I heard both of them leave. My art teacher came into the room but I acted like I was just drawing in my notebook and using the window for some natural light. I learnt a lot of things, first of all everyone's been referring to Ayesha's boyfriend as "Ayesha's boyfriend" so I genuinely did not know what his name was. His name is Eric apparently, and he's the guy these two have been fighting over. But holy shit, a lot of things make more sense now, that's why Ayesha was cheating on Eric, she doesn't like him. But he's a trophy to her, if she wasn't dating him she wouldn't be above Roseanne, then she wouldn't be on top anymore, that's why someone seeing her cheating scared her so bad. Roseanne's friends keep calling her "Anne" as well, if I had a cool name like Roseanne I would never shorten it to the boring part, that's just dumb. But I guess Roseanne is scared to make a huge statement or stand out in a major way, I need to change that.
Just you wait, once I get home I'm gonna brainstorm a plan to turn her into the perfect student president and the perfect rival for Ayesha.
Phase 1:
-Her allies are her strongest support, I get them to hype her up and she'll feel much more confident, that confidence is key and I need to get that through her head.
-As I said, confidence, we need more of that, in order to feel different she needs to look different, I want her to try a new hair color, maybe she can start going by "Rose" if I make her look like a Rose. I want her to have pink or red hair, and she needs to stop putting it up, it's so long and healthy, what's the point of that? Sure, having bright pink dye in her hair might damage it, but I only need her to be liked when she's campaigning, after she beats Ayesha her hair can fall off her head for all I care.
Phase 2:
-There are so many people that hate Ayesha because as I said, she isn't actually nice. I have this idea for Roseanne, what if she keeps her nice attitude, what if that's what makes her popular? Just being nice to everyone? Except for Ayesha of course, I need to keep that rivalry.
-On voting day Roseanne will already have a huge team of allies that Ayesha is unaware of, her whole campaign will be calling Ayesha out for how horrible she's been to people, she'll tell the school that voting for her is how they can change things
-She wins the vote
It's a simple two phase plan, but there's a lot I have to communicate without...well...communicating. I have to put all of these ideas into her head to begin with, and I'm not sure how to do that.
Let's start small, the first thing we need to do is to get her friends and allies on board with the idea of changing her. To do this, I'm gonna spark a small little conversation about changing Roseanne into something people will vote for and then it'll spread like a rumor.
Tomorrow is the weekend and I know she's having her friends over to work on her campaign, and that's when they'll tell her that they think she should change it up.
I don't see my therapist on weekends so I don't have to worry about telling her anything
