Spencer and Toby: together for eternity

Friends.

Spencer's POV:

It was the first visit Toby was getting with Dustin.

I cleaned up the place and changed into some nice clothes, I usually go the sweat pants and loose plain shirt.

I give Dustin a bath, put him in very nice clothes and sit him down on the couch.

I wait for a knock on the door and I finally hear one.

I go to answer it and see Toby dressed up quite nicer than before.

He smells nice to....

I just stare at him sympathetically knowing Dustin won't be very happy to see him... But I finally let him in.

He sits down In a chair across from Dustin and I sit down next to Dustin on the couch.

Dustin looks at Toby angrily.

"Mommy says you are a bully. Don't bully mommy." He says.

Toby looks like he's about to break down into tears.

"Would you rather me tell him the truth?" I mouth to Toby.

Toby sighs and shakes his head no.

"I used to be... I swear I'm not anymore buddy." Toby says chokes out.

"Okay..." Is all Dustin says.

Toby frowns again.

"Mommy told me your daddy." He says.

"But then she said not all daddies are nice." Dustin adds.

"I want to be nice..." Toby says.

"Then why can't you?" Dustin asks.

".... I am. That's why I wanted to see you buddy." Toby says.

Dustin smiles lightly.

"Mommy can I have some gold fish crackers?" Dustin asks.

I chuckle lightly and nod, getting up.

As I'm walking away I hear Toby asking Dustin about daycare, and if he's excited to go to school next year.

I smile and get Dustin a small bowl of gold fish crackers.

Maybe giving Toby a chance to be there for Dustin isn't the worst thing...

When I walk back Toby and Dustin are talking like crazy.

I give Dustin his snacks and he starts eating.

"Can we go to the park?" Dustin asks.

I look at Toby.

"Sure." I say and Toby nods.

At the park Toby pushes Dustin on the swing.

I sit on the bench to supervise, but I really don't have that many concerns anymore.

When Dustin sees his friend from daycare, David, he plays with him.

Toby sits down with me.

"He's so smart...Just like his mom..." Toby says.

I smile at Toby and keep watching Dustin play with his friend.

"So is he into any sports?" Toby asks.

"He's in swim class... We go every Monday after daycare." I say.

"Cool..." Toby says.

"How is Hanna?" Toby asks.

I look at him curiously.

"When she visited me 6 months ago she was pregnant so..."

"Oh yeah, she's ready to pop any second now." I say.

"Who's the dad?" Toby asks.

"Sperm donor." I say.

About 20 minutes later we leave and I have to bring Dustin over to his friend Theresa's house.

"Say goodbye." I say.

"Bye daddy." Dustin says.

I see Toby's face light up.

"Bye Dustin." He says waving .

"Can I wait for you... I have to talk to you." He says to me.

"Uh... I guess." I say then walk out.

When I get back home Toby is sitting on the couch.

"What did you need to talk to me about?" I ask.

"Can we please be friends outside of the visits, I feel so fucking bad... Please let me make it up to you spence." He says.

"Okay..." I say.

He walks closer to me and looks down at me as our faces are inches apart.

I feel my heart racing.

He suddenly kisses me and I kiss him back.

I take a step back for a moment.

"I'm- I'm sorry." He says.

I shake my head no.

"Let's just get one thing straight, what's about to happen is not love it's 2 consenting adults pleasuring each other like a one night stand." I say then jump up to him, kissing him.

He brings me to the bedroom and lays me down.

"Like I said, one... Night... Stand..." I make out then flip it over so I'm on top.

After that, toby leaves.

He wanted to stay but I told him I needed to pick up Dustin and it wouldn't be very good for him to see Toby in my bed.

During that affair, me and Toby told each other we loved each other but I don't even know if Toby meant it... Or if I meant it.

I sigh and put on my clothes.

As I'm picking up Dustin something hits me...

We forgot a condom.
