A/N: Sorry if this chapter offends any trumpet players, this is targeted towards the trumpet players at my school.

"Leilani!~ Someone's here to see you!... GET DOWN HERE YOUNG LADY!"

Leilani jolted from her mother yelling as it was a pretty rare sight to hear in her household. She groaned as she looked down to see the pail full of bloody petals. How long would this stage really take? Leilani got down from her bed as she put on more presentable clothes before heading downstairs. Who would be visiting her? Alisa? Nah, she wouldn't visit Leilani because she knew that her mom wouldn't really like it. Vicky? Nari? Nah, as if Vicky would want to go to her house. She probably doesn't even know where it it. Nari? Nari's parents much like her own wouldn't let her go to her house anyways.

So who the hell was just one step away on her front porch?

As soon as Leilani went downstairs she heard a familiar snarky voice that she was kind of dreading. Why the hell was Issac at her house? She heard her mother and Issac talking which was kind of weird, but her mom did tend to be a bit weird. Mrs Ahn said, "So, is Leilani a good kid at school?" Leilani facepalmed as she groaned. Of course her mom would know just how to embarrass her in front of her classmate. She interrupted the conversation as she said, "Mom, let me talk to Issac. Please and thank you." Mrs Ahn winked as she remarked, "I'm just teasing sweetie!~ Have fun with your little 'friend'!"

She went out of the room as Leilani over to Issac. Leilani said, "Sorry about my mom, she keeps on embarrassing me like this... Anyways why're you at my house?" Issac replied, "Nah, it's fine. Besides, what's wrong with seeing me? Aren't I your little best buddy? Also, my mom heard about you being sick and said that you should have some Arroz Caldo. That's all, bye sickness! I'm not risking getting sick!" Leilani glared as she remarked, "Just go back to your house. Tell your mom I'll eat it well, but also try to tell her how much of a stupid prick you are, will ya?"

Issac rolled his eyes as he sarcastically replied, "Yeah, yeah. I'll be oh so happy to do so for the stupid bookworm." Leilani argued, "At least I don't suck at playing my instrument! I'm not some loser like you!" Issac remarked, "At least I'm not the one who only got into symphonic band in 7th grade!" The two bickered for a few more minutes before Issac left with their unresolved argument.

Soon enough Leilani sighed out of relief as she went to go heat up the dish in the microwave. Her heart was going to burst out of her chest as she felt something scratching her throat. She felt herself coughing again as she felt sick. Leilani coughed, and it took a while for the petal to come out but she felt herself have blood stuck in her throat as she rushed to the bathroom as she felt herself throw up.

Her tears pricked her eyes as she washed her face and looked at herself in the mirror. It was blurry. Oh right, she took off her glasses earlier. Leilani mumbled, "I hate having this stupid fictional disease..."

In a few minutes Leilani laid down in her room passed out from being overworked. She still had a few assignments she had to do, but Leilani was already exhausted from keeping the secret of her newfound disease. Could she somehow get the surgery?

In her dream she felt the same feeling as she did for most of the day. There were chains around her feet as she tried to escape the new nightmare. Leilani tried to speak, or say anything. She wanted her voice back. She didn't want the flowers in the flowerbed she was stuck in. Leilani looked over as she saw her friends.

However, after she could finally get out of the chains she had on her legs as she ran towards her friends. Leilani tried to speak as she had no voice. She had no voice; therefore she could only scream. They paid her no attention. Alisa laughed as usual, Vicky nonchalantly went with everything as usual, and Nari goofed around as usual. It was like they didn't even need her. Leilani tried to tap Nari's shoulder, but as soon as she tied to she felt the chains weighing her down to an endless pit.

Soon she found herself in a bed full of flowers as she was chained onto it. Her legs were confined as she felt the tears well up, and she screamed. She screamed and screamed and screamed. It felt like hours were passing by as she felt like she couldn't breath anymore. By the second she could feel something in her throat. She felt suffocated as she was a paralyzed in her own dream.

Leilani had passed the final stage through her dreams. She couldn't let that happen in real life...
