"I'm literally going to kill myself!" Jihoon said as he threw his pencil down and threaded his fingers through his hair before gripping it between his fingers. It's been about two weeks since he made the mistake of saying he could write a love song when in reality he couldn't.

And it could be evident in the trash can full of pencil shaves and broken pencils. Which he kinda regrets breaking them out of pure anger as he was losing sleep over this stupid song. Sure he could make a trashy song based off the information given to him by other people.

But he would be hurting his pride if he turned in a horrible song that no one would even listen to. But what's worse in this situation, hurting your own pride or losing your precious sleep over a song? Jihoon chose his pride as he erased the previous lyrics he wrote and started all over again.

By now the CEO of his dream record label could have given another person his position as songwriter slash producer and all his hopes and dreams are crushed and he'll have to work at a dead end job for the rest of his life. Oh the horror that would be.

"Try getting fresh air, clear your mind for a bit." Seungcheol said over the phone as Jihoon had him on speaker so he could continue working on the lyrics for this stupid love song. "And waste time that I could use to write this horrible love song? Yea no thanks." Jihoon replied as he grunted and erased what he wrote just a second ago.

Jihoon felt like screaming and throwing his notebook. He doesn't even have a title for the stupid song and he's trying to write lyrics for the damn song. He never felt this way when he's writing any other genre of music, especially when it comes to a ballad. He was really good at ballads and they were usually sad and talked about the struggles in the world.

"Yea, you need to open a window or something. Imma come over with food Jeonghan made." Seungcheol said as Jihoon heard dishes clicking together and sighed. He really didn't want Seungcheol to come over for no particular reason, but the idea of real food instead of junk food sounds appealing.

So with another sigh, he didn't protest and let his older friend be the best friend he ever had and take care of his well being.

"Are you sure you don't want me to help you with the lyrics?" Seungcheol said as he sat and watched the younger erase and write repeatedly on his notebook as he also stuffed his face with rice from the bento box Seungcheol got for him.

Jihoon hummed and nodded as he continued to write in his notebook, "positive, I got this." The younger said through a half stuffed mouth making Seungcheol cringe at the bits of rice coming out of Jihoon's mouth.

Seungcheol was all for helping his friends out with their problems, but if they say they don't need help then Seungcheol has no choice but to sit back and wait for the them to come to him.

Which Jihoon knows all too well of that sooner or later he would give up and run his little legs over to Seungcheol and ask him for help. But until then, his stubborn ass would continue to struggle and struggle.

"This rice is amazing by the way, what did Jeonghan do different this time?" Jihoon asked as he stuffed another spoon full of rice into his mouth. Seungcheol shrugged and lean back into his chair as he looked around for the tv remote.

"I don't know, it's another recipe he got from his mom." The older answered as he finally found the tv remote and turned it on. Jihoon instantly whipped his head up at the older and gave him a look that was basically saying 'are you fucking crazy?'

"You need a break Hoon, watch a movie with me. We'll watch a romance to spark your creativity." Seungcheol said as he scroll through Netflix for a movie he hasn't watched with Jeonghan and or planning on watching with him.

Jihoon stared at the other for one, two moments before giving up on trying to make a comeback as he closed his notebook and picked up his bento box. He made himself comfortable in his spot on the couch as he turned his body to the tv and watched as Seungcheol settled for 'Our Beloved Summer'.

Which is actually not a movie, but a kdrama Jeonghan recommended Jihoon should watch to spark his creativity. He only knew that piece of information because he caught Seungcheol typing on his phone and asked who he was talking to since the older was the one to suggest watching something.

But back to the kdrama on the tv, it was pretty funny. The main characters were rivals back in high school then they started dating up until college and that's when the female lead broke off their relationship and stopped talking to the male lead for some years—Jihoon couldn't remember how long.

"How is this supposed to spark my creativity to write a love song?" Jihoon asked as they were on the fourth episode of the kdrama, bento box finished and now he was cuddled up in one of his throw blankets.

"Don't you see her falling back in love with him?! It's like her feelings never left!" Seungcheol exclaimed as he practically jumped out of his chair and pointed to the tv as he gave the younger a look that screams 'hello are you not paying attention?'.

Jihoon just stared at him then at the tv then back at Seungcheol. "Kinda..." he squeaked out which cause Seungcheol to let out a loud and dramatic groan as he fell to the floor. "You're hopeless." He let out against the floor boards as he stayed down there and Jihoon shrugged as he continued to watch the show.

He was actually invested in it, he liked the part where the male lead threw salt then spread the female lead with water. Best part of the show and his whole day so far, well in his opinion it was.
