. "So you're telling me, you found this child, on the side of the road, and you just picked her up and brought her here?" The moth demon said, his eyes flickering between Velvette and Veda.

"A-Ay! I'll fight ya, for my boss!" One of them said, putting their little fists up. Veda titled her head curiously. Poking it, causing it to roll over.
"What are you?" Veda curiously asked, poking it again.
Before the egg could reply, Veda noticed the overlords leaving, she titled her head when she noticed the red haired one speaking with one of the eggs, she was gonna ignore it, but she noticed Velvette was nowhere in sight, causing her to frown. She got up and walked over to the tall man, tapping him, as if the man was an owl, he snapped his head all the way round, and then his body, glancing down at the child.
"And how may I help you my short fellow?" The radio sounding voice spoke. Veda hesitated before speaking.
"Do you know where miss Velvette went?" She asked looking up at the redhead, she wanted to touch his fluffy ears.
The deer man glanced around, before glancing back down at the child. "Nope!"
Veda frowned, holding her sleeve nervously. "Mr Vox said for her to watch me but now I don't know where's she's gone.."
As Veda mentioned Vox, the radio demons grin widened. "Vox? Ah."
Veda glanced up at the man. "You know mr Vox?" She titled her head.
"Indeed I do my short fellow." The man responded, he glanced at the camera before glancing back down at the child.
"Well, why don't you come with me, I know just the person who'd love to help you." The radio sounding voice spoke.
Veda grinned. "Okay! Thank you mr?.."
"Alastor my dear." He finished her sentence for her.
"Nice to meet you mr Alastor! I'm Veda." She said happily.
Alastor grinned and pat her head, before smirking at the camera, and walking away, Veda close behind.

"Hold up- so you found a child- and brought it here?!" A grey skinned women said.

"Yep! What? I couldn't leave the small..thing..all by itself~" Alastor said grinning, as per usual.
"Oh but vaggie look how cute she is, who's kid is she-" Before vaggie could finish her sentence, a fimiliar voice spoke.
"Veda?!" Angel dust came into view, Veda grinned and waved. "Hi Mr angel!"
"You know her?" The blonde asked, crossing her arms, waiting for angel to respond.

"Yeah she's..the new V." Angel responded, glancing at the kid. "Whys she here?"
"Well..clearly the Vees do a terrible job at looking after their own." Alastor said mockingly.
"Can I go home?" Veda interrupted. Angel dust glanced at her, before sighing. "I'm going work anyway..I'll take you to Val.."

"What if he's killed her-? Or locked her up or kidnapped her or-" Vox kept ranting to Valentino, who looked tired. "Voxxie baby I'm sure-" Valentino got interrupted.
"Mr Vox!" Veda ran up to the two, angel dust was close behind.
"Oh thank fucking lucifer your okay.." Vox picked her up, hugging her tightly.
"Why the fuck did you have her angel cakes?" Val asked glaring at angel, the spider hesitated before speaking. "Al..brought her to the hotel.."
Vox's screen glitched, before he growled and carried Veda out the room. "Don't ever leave my sight again you hear me? Jesus Christ.." Vox muttered, Veda nodded, hugging the TV man.
___________________________ For context! I personally don't like Valentino for obvious reasons. But- Veda herself in the story doesn't know about the abuse he causes angel dust. So if in the future Veda is all happy with him, that's why!
