Movie night

"Okay you get to pick what you want us to watch." He said
"Okay i'll pick can we watch Train a Busan."
"Why do you always have to pick the most emotional shit to watch."
"I do NOT."
"Oh you just live seeing my cry don't you mi amor."
"I mean it's sort of funny but how is Train to Busan sad hermoso."
"How it's sad you mean how it's NOT sad because just think about it all those zombies are people's loved ones they all have back stories amor it's just sad."
"Hermoso are you really overthink a zombie movie out of all things." I laugh since i find it a bit funny your so in emotion with zombies
"Come on David it's a movie It's not real."
He pouts playfully "Yeah I know but still."
I say "It's not even that sad until the end hermoso."
You look at me dumbfounded "what do you mean not sad until the end of course it's sad the whole movie is just sad but i'm glad your lot an emotionless robot and you atleast find the ending sad."
I laugh again "I'm gonna go down to the kitchen and get us some drinks and some popcorn. You play the movie and try not to miss me too much." I blow you a kiss. you're so charming you know he says as I walk out the door I'm down in the kitchen, preparing both of us some popcorn as I grab out some blue Gatorade, and Coke from the fridge. I carry it all back up the stairs. hope you didn't cry too much. I brought you some blue Gatorade, your favorite. You're really helping my emotions he says sarcastically. sorry, sorry I'll stop. and we've already watched this movie like three times and I've cried all three of them. This is finally the time where I can actually control my emotions. He says to me we'll see about that. I say as I turned my focus to the TV and the bowl of popcorn in front of us. 30 minutes later and the first mass killing is happening as a decent amount of the characters in the movie get killed off. I turn my attention to you for the first time and I see you struggling to hold back your tears. I almost laugh at the sight you see me almost laughing at you and you and you playfully punched me in the arm come on. It's sad. Just let me live my emotions in peace will you he tells me I didn't even say anything. I said defensively, even though I almost laughed yeah yeah laugh it up Preciosa this time. I actually laugh out loud. okay I'll control myself at least for now. hey look at the TV. I pointed the TV where the first big main character death is happening and he tells me I'm actually about to start crying right now. I cuddle closer to him because even if I tease  him the thought of seeing him cry,is funny but also a little bit sad, even if it's because of the movie so I cuddle closer to him hoping to give him some comfort he cuddles closer back and we pull eachother into a tight embrace about an hour later, the movie ends tears are falling from my face as I look next to me to see you You are sobbing You cry as your body rocks with full on sobs it's okay Hermoso it's just a movie remember yeah yeah I know that doesn't make it any less sad. I can't disagree with you either. But I mean, it was kind of funny seeing you cry like that You  can't tease me he says you're crying too well I mean, I am crying, but definitely not as hard as you are. Can you just let me in my emotions and peace the tears still streaking your face we cuddle closer to each other. Our tears slowly drying up we don't say much. We just enjoy the comfort of each other's presence.
