I was not expecting this story to get any reads. If I'm being completely honest with myself, it's not that good. I've been plotting stories for a while, and this is not one of the best ones I've plotted, nonetheless written.
I figured with time the more I wrote the more I would come to like it, but I was greeted with more and more ideas I couldn't properly incorporate into the story because it was backstory that revealed too much information about the main story.
I think I will rewrite this story, keeping the plot the same or at the very least similar, with a more fleshed out backstory and more character development to make the story more appealing to myself and the audience.
For the moment, I will be leaving the full story on Wattpad, however, in due time I will be removing it because as I said before, I don't think it's good enough to be published.
On the flip side, I am currently plotting out several stories that I eventually want to publish here and this has given me insight on where I can improve so those future stories turn out beautiful. I want to be proud of the works I create, and while my ideas are great, the execution says a different story.
Despite everything, thank you to those who have read the story, voted, or even genuinely like it. I hope you guys understand why I want to eventually remove the story and give it a fighting chance to become the masterpiece it deserves to be.
