In the middle of a dark gloomy night, a light gray van is seen on the rocky road, going to it's destination. Trees passing by, the moon kept reappearing as the trees got out of its way.

Then, it stopped. The door opened, revealing three people coming out of it. "Thanks sir." One of them said to the driver. "Dali, get the things behind the van." The same person said to the other two bilingually.

"Oh Phil, don't be too commanding." The red-white person complained. "Suck it up!" The USA-looking person said to the other. "You two, this isn't the time to argue. It's the middle of the night!" Philippines yelled.

The other two sighed, then got the packed things behind the van. Once they got all, Phil signaled the driver to leave. The driver followed his order, then drove away to the darkness.

"The boat should be around here somewhere..." Philippines said, as he walked around. "Phil, mengapa anda fikir idea yang baik untuk pergi pada waktu malam?" The USA-looking person asked in his native language.

"Kasi Malay, to get to the place at an earlier time. Simple as that." Philippines responded with to Malaysia. Mal glanced at the other country with fearful eyes, and said "Indo, what's wrong?"

"Karena, what happens if we get lost? What if we-" "Shut it Indonesia, your being a scaredy cat." Philippines covered Indonesia's mouth mid sentence as he said that.

After a little bit of walking, they finally found a bangka. It has a cover and a motor, with enough room to put the stuff on. There was also a person beside it.

"Kamusta po manong!" Phil said to the said to the bangkero, as they both shake hands. "Kamusta po sir." The bangkero says back. "Na-ready na po yung bangka."

"You two, you may now go to the bangka. Put the things there." Malay and Indo then ran to the boat along with the bags. They sat as Phil and the bangkero chat for a bit, then started to pray for guidance.

"Mal?"

"Yes Indo?"

"Do you feel that, something's wrong?"

"No, why? You're acting differently this time."

Indonesia tried to speak, but out of fear, he kept stuttering, until he spit it out, saying;

"Because at night, in the ocean, there will be these glowing floating balls that will-"

Malaysia then covered his mouth, then said;

"Alright, I know what you're going to say. Have you been watching a lot of horror supernatural movies lately?"

"N- No?? Don't act like you don't believe in these stuff Mal."

"Look, I believe in these, but I don't came to these types of ideas when it comes to these scenarios. So zip your mouth."

boo-womp

Indonesia's face then turned grumpy after Malaysia said that to him.

The bangkero and Philippines come near to the bangka. "So, you two ready?" Phil said as he got inside and sat down. The two then said 'yes' in unison, as they nodded.

The bangkero adjusted the bangka by pushing it, then went inside and sat down. He's starting up the motor. Then after a few moments, the propeller starting to spin rapidly and the bangka went off.

It's now moving away from the seashore, going further and further to the navy-shaded ocean under the white-yellow light of the moon.

Later...

All of them in the boat are still traveling across the ocean, and finding the island that they need to land on.

"Uhmm sir?" Malaysia called out to the bangkero. "Are you sure you know where we're going?" He continued by asking that question.

He nodded. He didn't spoke, but nodded. "Oh Malaysia, don't worry. We talked to each other, he knows what he is doing." Philippines replied for the bangkero.

Malaysia then zipped his mouth shut, starting to develop an unnerving feeling about this. He looked to the left, just dark waters. He looked to the right, also just dark waters.

Then, as if all hopes seems lost, then found a light over the distance. Malaysia and Indonesia audibly sighed in relief, wiping their foreheads.

Although as they got closer and closer, they saw something that they shouldn't mess with. Phil and the bangkero noticed, then immediately went to the opposite direction.

The turning is a bit fast that Indo and Malay almost fall out of balanced. One of them yelled, in a scared tone; "What's happening?!" The bangkero looked back and see that the thing that looks like a floating red fire ball, following them.

As he saw that, he sped the speed of the motor, trying to get away from it. Malay looked back, and see the floating fire ball. "Phil!" He called out to him, then the mentioned country looked at him.

"What the heck is that?" Mal shouted as he pointed. Indonesia looked where Mal is pointing. Phil also looked then said; "That's... We call that santelmo. A floating fire skull that is above the waters. It is said that these are the reason why some bangkeros get lost. Sometimes, it even follows you." He explained, in calmed tone, trying to reassure everyone in the boat.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. As the panic in both of Indo and Mal's minds art starting to overpower of being calm. The skull kept following the bangka, and while it's not noticed, it is starting to get faster.

"GET AWAY!" Indonesia shouted to it, as if it's gonna work. "Indo, it doesn't work like that!" Malaysia argued with him. "Are you two seriously arguing in the middle of this?!" Philippines shouted to them.

"Manong, puwede po bilisan ang motor?!" He asked the bangkero. "Hindi. Ito yung pinakamabilis." The bangkero replied.

The skull then stopped, and the bangka kept moving onward. But, more and more fiery skulls appeared in a shape of a ring, trapping them inside it.

Slowly, the skulls are spinning in a counter-clockwise direction. As it's happening, the water below them is now starting to form a whirlpool, a huge one.

As it kept forming, the boat is spinning along with it. Eventually, they got sucked in and absorbed by the whirlpool, then everything (the skulls and the whirlpool), disappeared.
