After a very eventful evening, we somehow ended up at my little cottage here in LA, Skylar or Rosabella should I say, tagged along with her two brothers, Stefano and Santiago, and her 3 friends, Colten, whose third in command to Skylar, Alexei, who I learned is the Russian mafia heir and Marcus, her personal bodyguard.

Her friends are still on guard around me but have somewhat taken a liking to Andre, he's always been the mediator, calm, funny, friendly and supportive. Clients and friends have always taken a liking to him, whereas others tend to shy away from me.

Waking up this morning, I never expected tonight end this way, it was meant to be a simple dinner with the Italians to meet my soon to be wife. Not once did I ever expect Skylar c'è Bella, the Spanish Donna to also be Rosabella De Anglo the Italian-American mafia princess and my soon to be wife.

There's two sides to how I'm feeling, on one hand I'm very glad I won't be marrying some gold digging daddy's girl, on the other hand, I'll be marrying the most stubborn woman, no scratch that, the most stubborn human I've ever met.

Over the last week of working close by her stubborn ass, I've somewhat gotten used to her ways but she always has some smart-ass comment that made me want to wring her fucking neck. That girl got under my skin like no person l'd ever dealt with before. Most people would cower when I told them what to do, but not her. She fought me at every turn. It was both irritating and intoxicating all at once. Half of the time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to punish her in the most sinful ways or kill her, which only made me despise even her more than already had.

She made me feel things that I've never felt, I've never been good with emotions but for a little stubborn thing she sure brings out the humanity in me.

The first time I've ever felt genuine sympathy for someone who isn't my family was when I saw those god awful images and then finding those videos, all of it brought out a more softer side to me when I'm around her.

Walking over to the small kitchen area where Skylar was, I lent against the counter top facing her.

"We do have one problem," I inform her.

"What is it?" She asks irritated, keeping her eyes on the living room.

"I don't know if you're aware, but both our grandfathers signed the contract and that only meant they needed one signature-" without having to finish she understood where I was going.

"You agreed, didn't you? You thought having a woman to tie you to a powerful mafia was nothing more than a means to an end, a simple chip for trade, what did you expect, to have this woman bow down at your feet? be at your every beck and call? Or produce a heir for you, to only kill her afterwards?"

Giving me no time to answer, she leans up to my ear and whisper.

"Let me make one thing very clear to you Khaos Córdova, I'm no means to end, I'm the Donna of the most powerful mafia this world has seen in a long time and I sure as hell won't be tying anyone, especially not you, to my hard earned status." She turns away from me, heading towards the living room.
