Leo's pov

Today marks the fourth day of us defying logic by still being in our genderbent states. Over time, many of us had gotten used to the thought of never being able to turn back, except for Aries and Cancer. Each of them had their own reasons for that, with Aries' making a lot more sense than Cancer's.

The ice cream duo plus one, as Aquarius, Sagittarius and Scorpio had come to be called were whispering amongst themselves, arguing about who knows what. In the past few days, they have started to frequently disappear a lot, leaving the residents in a quiet and peaceful state. However today, they were restricted from leaving the house without supervision and decided to show their complaints by being as loud as possible. Aquarius was chasing Scorpio around the house, leaving nothing but destruction in their path.

And then there was Sagittarius, who was glued to the tv, with the volume up to maximum. The others had long given up on trying to get him to lower it and joined in on watching the show. Surprisingly, it turned out to be quite a good program. Said boy had also developed a new "persona", "femo-tarius" as he called it and wouldn't respond to anything but that.

"This is the worst." Gemini groaned loudly from his corner. Ever since the embarrassing uno game accident, the blond had claimed the corner as his own and would occasionally hiss if someone dared to approach. Aries found it amusing and kept teasing Gemini by invading his personal space.

"I'm so bored, someone entertain me." Taurus demanded as she pointed at us. "Anyone."
Everyone's gaze immediately shifted to Sagittarius, waiting for him to do something.

Unfortunately for us, said boy was too focused on the screen, rather than the discussion. After some nudges and a recap, he sighed and told us that he wasn't much of a joker, and our humour is lame.

"If you want to be entertained, talk to my mentor, Aries. He taught me all I know." He said after a while, leaving us all surprised.

"Really?" I said skeptical, glancing at the guy. The red haired had long abandoned his attempt to get closer, now focused on coaxing the blond out of his corner. "Are you sure about that?"

Sagittarius nodded eagerly, about to spill the beans, when he got cut off by a loud bang and a shout.

"Okay what in the world was that?"

Aquarius whined, "It hurts." as Aries carefully wrapped her left wrist. Once he finished, he tapped her softly, asking how it felt. She whined again, pointing fingers at Scorpio.

"You tripped me!" Aquarius accused, but Scorpio retorted, "You tripped yourself. I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time."

"Okay guys that's enough." I interrupted before things got messy, even though I hated taking charge. Looking around, I instantly took command. "I feel like this boredom we are all feeling is getting to us. Capricorn any ideas on what we should do?"

But the girl didn't respond, and I realised she wasn't even here. Nor was Virgo and Libra.

"Um Leo?" Aquarius said, looking at me. "Where are the others?"

"They left." Gemini's muffled voice was heard. The lazy blond hadn't bothered leaving the room during the commotion. "Around two hours ago."

"Two hours ago!" I exclaimed. "Why didn't anyone tell me?"

The smug bastard replied. "They seemed to be in an awful rush, beside you didn't ask, did you?" I sighed, knowing he was right.

"So Leo, what are we supposed to do?" Someone patted me on the shoulder in a way of getting my attention.

I thought about it for a while, unable to think something out. Fortunately the group was able to help with some ideas.

Sagittarius said eagerly. "Guys, if Libra, Capricorn and Virgo are not here then we are able to do whatever we want!"

Aquarius nodded. "Exactly, mother won't be able to stop us now!" They cheered.

"I know just the game to play." Aries smirked, as he pulled out a water gun. Pointing the gun at us, he monitored for us to raise our hands up in the air.
"Give me your leader, or else she gets it." He added after a while and pulled Taurus towards himself and aimed at her. We all watched in terror as he began to laugh darkly.

Sagittarius reminded him about the fact that we didn't have a leader. "Well then you get to be the leader or find someone else to be. I don't care."

The red haired placed his finger on the trigger and repeated his threat. "So, it's either her or your leader. Who's it gonna be?" Unfortunately for Aries he hadn't anticipated Taurus being stronger than him. She easily overpowered him and now it was Aries lying on the floor, pleading for mercy.

"Oh how the tables have turned." Taurus whispered pressing the water gun against his face. It was her turn to laugh like a maniac, declaring herself the true villain all along.
"I can finally take over the kingdom now!"

"My princess?" Aries said, confused. "Our plan was to take over the kingdom together by using you as a bait?"

Taurus shook her head. "I am not your princess, I am your prince and soon to be king. I don't want to hear your pitiful attempts, you betrayed me earlier and it's time for you to leave." Taurus declared firmly, asserting his rightful place.

"My princess, um I mean prince." Aries corrected himself, acknowledging Taurus true identity.

Aquarius looked at Aries sadly. "I would save you but," she gesture towards her hand. "It would be hard to do so. Scorpio help him."

Scorpio stared, unsure of his next move. Before he could react, Taurus swiftly aimed at his heart and fired the water gun. Scorpio, taken aback, glanced at us, then turned to Sagittarius, who signaled for him to play along. Understanding the cue, Scorpio laid down on the floor, playfully sticking out his tongue to indicate he was "dead."

Aquarius knelt, searching for a pulse. "H-he is dead," she whispered, her eyes wide as she glanced at us. Standing up, she repeated, "He is dead," before approaching Taurus. We watched eagerly in silence. I settled on the floor as she reached out her hand to Taurus.

"Welcome back my queen." Taurus monotonous voice said. We gasped, not expecting this turn of event. Even Scorpio came momentarily back to life before remembering his part. The teal haired giggled and turned back to us. Taurus gave her a reassuring nod as she spoke.

"With senior Scorpio gone," she clicked her tongue, pointing at Scorpio, who still had his tongue out. "Nothing can stop us from taking over the kingdom."

And to no one's surprise both of them started cackling loudly.
