Chapter 13 Drenched

Jill's Pov
I get the best idea ever!
payback for this week of madness.
Jack stands close to the edge of the pool.
In one swift movement I push him in and he falls backwards.
He makes a giant splash and everyone turns around to see what all the commotion is.
He's still in his clothes and wearing jeans for that matter.

Now that's revenge.

Jacks Pov
Before I could realize what was happening I was falling backwards and plunging to my death.

(Maybe I'm being a little dramatic)

I surface the water to see people high fiving Jill and laughing. 

Jill stood at the pool's edge, laughing hysterically, but I wasn't going to let her getaway with it. Hell no.
without a second thought, I hoist myself up outta the pool hastily and eye Jill.
"I'm supposed to be the annoying one remember?" I smirk at her.
Of course now I have to do it back to her it's only fair. She reads my mind.

"Don't you dare!"
She takes a few steps back. The crowd starts to sing our theme song thanks to Marcus.
Finally!

She bolts and I chase after her through the yard. shes only a few inches away, I take my chance and lunge at her but, she squeezes through two empty lawn chairs out of my reach.

I topple them over slowing me down meanwhile she makes her escape.
People move outta the way singing and laughing. She reaches the fence, stranded and tries to go to the right but I corner her.
"Where you gonna go now?" I grin.
She tries to get past my arms but instead I grab her.
"dam it!!" she struggles attempting to hit me.

I lift her up and throw her over my shoulder, carrying  her back to the pool to throw her in.
"Let me go jackass!" She yells at me.
Oh this is perfect timing!!
"Ok sure!" I drop her in the pool.

She resurfaces the water and pouts at me. "No fair!"

Jill's Pov
I push him in with a loud splash and it suddenly feels like all eyes are on me and Jack to see what all the commotion is.
Ginger gives me a big high-five "Nice one."Since she's been  my best friend since we were little she  knows  in detail all about the pranks and even keeps score (right now jack is winning which really pisses me off) (I'm working on changing that)

Jack lifts himself out of the pool giving me the stink eye while everyone laughs at him in his soaking wet clothes, water dripping down his face.
Why is it kinda...
nopeeeeee did not just think that.

"I'm supposed to be the annoying one remember?" He smirks stepping closer to me.

"Don't you dare!"

The crowd starts to sing our theme song.

Why does his fucking name have to be Jack?

I turn around and run as fast as I possibly can in the other direction not daring to look back.

He almost gets me but I shimmy though two chairs. He follows me through the crack but knocks both of them over causing a girl to jump in surprise.

People move out of my way laughing at the ridiculousness of this. But I reach a dead end. He corners me to the fence.
"Dam it!" I curse.
He traps me in his arms so I hit him but he just throws me over his shoulder like Santa Claus's bag of presents. What were those self defence classes I took in grade five even for??

I squirm but he doesn't let go.
"Let me go jackass!"
"Ok sure!" He let's go far to easily.

I fall straight into the pool.

I shouldn't have said that.
I fell right for his stinky little trick.

(I mean he would've done it anyways though. )
