*Emily's pov:"

So today's saturday which means no school.ahh.It feels good when you don't have to go to school .Well that doesn't mean I can stay at home and rest.Nope.Rest is not for me .I have to go to my job . So basically I do two part time jobs on daily basis as I'm not going to school today so no walking for school and stress for studies.I decided to take a bath and get ready to go to work.
I live alone . My parents died in a car accident on my birthday which i think is my fault cause I kept calling them to came home early.lf l can go back in time I would literally chop my hands off before deciding to call them.I think I'm cursed. All the people I love eventually die.My parents got me a dog for my 8 birthday and he died too.After my parents died none of my relative took me in and I was put in an orphanage.I was 14 when my parent's died.Thinking about that still brings tears in my eyes can you imagine a 14 years old girl who came for school and calling her parent's to come home early only to be informed an hour later that they died.
My life turned upside down . Now I'm 18. I turned 18 last month I've saved some money and decided to rent an apartment. That's why I do two part time jobs to make the ends meet.

The weather is quite cold today if you're familiar with New York's cold you know what I'm talking about. I decided to wear some jeans and crop top and put on my jacket. Checking the time it was already 9. Shoot I'm late. I quickly grabbed some toast and americano locked my door and went to work.

My first job is in a pharmacy store.I work for 4 hours and they pay enough. Entering the door I greeted salley she's my coworker pretty and bold girl I wish I could be like her but I'm so overthinker always thinking what other people will think about me. I wasn't always like that but having been bullied all my life made me like this.

Hi girl whats up . I said to salley. Hi pumpkin pie aww I missed you . Yeah she acts like my older sister. Emily I have a favour to ask . Ok that's weird she never asks for my favour but any ways . Yeah girl whats up you know you don't have to ask . She was looking kinda nervous. Well emily I'm going on a date today at 10 . Can you cover up for me . She didn't have to ask for that. Sure girl but do let me know how it went I'll hope for the best. She chuckled. Sure but you should look for a guy to you know. You can't be single all your life. It's not that I wanna be single all the guys want to get their dick wet nothing else . They don't care about other person's feeling and honestly I think I have attachment issues and once I have harassed in the orphanage by a worker and that day still haunt's me so no thankyou . I'm better off single. Ok I'll think about it you go and have a nice date . Bye. Phew thank God she left otherwise she would've given me two hour lecture. Sighing. I went to work.

My shift finished at 12 now I'm going home and gonna rest in my cozy bed . Well my apartment is not luxury but it's something I call home. My parent's left some property to me it wasn't much but I was able to afford it. My other job starts at 8 so i can go rest and get some assignments done.

For my second job I work as a bartender weird right but they pay really well and you don't need to dress all sluty . Not gonna lie it's a pretty luxurious and high end club most of the elites and business men's of the city come here. You'll be startled to know that I have no friends in this club . Honestly all the workers act as if there the not workers cause they give special services if you know what I mean . And the girls look down on me . Well I know I'm not that pretty I've never felt pretty just a brunette girl with green eyes . Yeah . And all the other girls wearing tight fitting dresses and heavy makeup make a lot more than me and they do look pretty not gonna lie but I can never do that.

Time to get to work . Today I've been assigned to serve drinks in the VIP section. I've never served there before most of the time I'm behind the bar. I'm wearing a silk blue dress cause we've been assigned to dress good tonight apparently some big business men or some really elite people are coming they're having a meeting here but I don't care. All the other girls are quite dressed tonight. Sighing i picked up the drinks and went to serve wishing this night to end quickly.

As I entered the VIP section I saw a big table with a lot of men gathered around but one of them actually caught my attention. He has that kind of aura that scrams domination and power. I went towards the table and started serving the drinks I noticed that the man with the black suit was staring at me . I was so nervous they all were wearing suits but that black suit guy was something else . He looked like their boss but I wasn't sure. I quickly served the drinks but as I was about to leave one of them caught my hand . I was caught off guard so I stumbled a little. Why you're leaving so early , pretty thing? One of them said . I was scared for real . I noticed that he was wearing a gun now I was terrified. I shivered a little . P p please leave my hand , sir. I said to him in a low voice .
He chuckled. Why, am I making your little pussy wet? Come on you can come to the back room with me we'll have some fun. Tears sprang into my eyes I was sure he'll force me . I look around the table for help but everybody was staring at me not giving a single fuck they were almost amused . My eyes fell on that blak suit guy . His gray eyes were staring at me . I pleaded with my eyes to him . Leave the girl niko. He had the thick Russian accent that was not unforgetful.
The niko guy left my hand and I ran back . My heart was still beating fast but something about that guy really captivated me little did I know my life was gonna turn upside down.
