"Make sure you text me back, Tsuyu," Asui's mom hummed. "And you too, Y/N, I know your mother worries a lot."
"Of course, Asui-San," you nodded.
Asui Beru, Asui Tsuyu's mother. Since your parents and brother were all called in to the agency this morning, she'd offered to drop off you alongside her daughter. It was no problem for her, as all your luggage was already sent off.
The only issue, however, was that the girl sitting next to you was still not aware of your escapade from that night, blissfully oblivious to the fact that you'd lied to her face. Since you told her everything, it made the conversations stiffer than usual, but you managed to brush it off as homesickness.
20th of August, a bright Tuesday morning. This was the day you leave home, a day you never imagined would come. After all, your brother still lived at home and he was already twenty-four.
"Both of you, be sure to eat properly, okay?" Beru checked one more time.
