There's nothing better than knocking some sense into a drifter who don't know his place.

You saunter confidently down an alleyway, watching as the street rats pause in their dealings, lowering their voices. You approach the man standing at the corner, silent.

"Hail, stranger." You speak assuredly, smoothly. The ring of your voice has an allure to it, as if you're already trying to swindle him into a deal.

The man just glares at you.

"Don't be so unfriendly. Don't you know it's rude to not greet your new neighbors?" You press on, your words lowering into a threat.

The man rounds to you, pulling out a dagger.

"Run off if you know what's good for you." He snarls, obviously not in the mood.

Which only inspired you to keep on.

"You could at least say please," You taunt.

He takes a step forward, and you stand your ground, even as he looks ready to strike. The human opens his mouth to speak, yet you interrupt him.

"Kill me, and you'll never know where the Liminal Stone is." You whisper, grinning like someone who's just cheated at a game.

Artemis Entreri faltered, realizing you were the one he was waiting for.
