The Forgotten Girl.

Chapter 1

Every day, Miasia was always getting yelled at by her Mom and Grandma. Miasia hates her mom the most and always thinks about punching her in the face. Miasia sat in her room, thinking about the past—the past where Miasia was all happy and extroverted. It all stopped in 5th grade. In 5th grade, Miasia's grades started to get low, and she was always getting yelled at every day. Even Miasia's Older sister felt bad for her.

Miasia found solace in drawing and writing in her journal, imagining a life where she could be free from constant criticisms. She hoped that one day, things would change and she could rebuild her confidence and happiness. Miasia always felt insecure. She was insecure about her tall height due to being called a giraffe by her "friend" named Ava. She was also insecure about being skinny. Even if she tried eating more, she couldn't gain weight due to her fast metabolism. Lastly, Miasia was insecure about her unibrow. She always thought about shaving it. Miasia only wishes she was pretty and was treated like a princess. Like how people treat the new student in her school right for being pretty and Asian, as if the new student was a K-pop- idol. 

Miasia wanted to be with her childhood friend named Nia. Nia was one year older than Miasia. This means Nia is 11 years old, and Miasia is 10 years old. Nia died at the age of 11. Miasia missed her so much that thinking about her made her sad. Miasia also wondered why Nia's family died after Nia died... 

What happened? 

Miasia decided not to think about it and just think about something else, but Miasia could hear somebody whispering her name...the voice sounded just like Nia... Miasia quickly turned around to see who it was, but she saw no one... 

"Nia..?!" Miasia called out to her, but her older sister told her to shut up from her room. 

Miasia did not like her older sister because she hated it when her sister ate or drank loudly. She always thought her sister was doing it to annoy her. Not only that, but she also hates when her older sister is mean to her every time Miasia says hi to her or tries to get along with her. 

Miasia did not like ANYONE in her family. They were rude to her, never cared about her, never made her breakfast or anything. Her mom never said hi to her whenever she got back from work but always say hi to her older sister. It's sad how her mom only pays attention to  older sister because her older sister got a disease called Lupus. At the same time, Miasia got an Anemia disease.
