[Felix pov]

I slowly awake from my slumber as I feel Hyunjin's slow breath against my neck where he had shuffled closer to me. I turned over and buried myself into his chest, and he let out a little sigh of pleasure to show he was enjoying it.

As I looked over his face, it was just so beautiful. Some of my lipstick still stained over his lips, making it look like he had wine that stained. Just as my eyelids grew heavy and I was about to doze off, I heard out front door rattling like someone was trying to get in.

I panicked and made my hand into a fist while holding Hyunjin just incase it was someone that was trying to break in but as the footsteps came towards our door I heard the faint giggling of Jisung and realised Minho must of used the key we had given them a while back. They burst through our bedroom door and opened our curtains, making me groan and shove my head into hyunjin's chest further as he opened his eyes.

"Mhm bastards." He complained, squinting at them from the bright light.
"Wakey wake love birds nobody's got tike for cuddling and kissing all day." Jisung teased, kicking his shoes off and climbing onto our bed along with Minho.
"You can talk." I mumbled, rubbing my eyes and trying to take my messy hair and itch my neck.

"Woah, someone got messy after last night's romantic setup." Minho wiggled his eyebrows at me, and I glanced at hyunjin, knowing that we didn't do anything, but seeing the sheepish look on his face gave away, he had done something
"What did you do, huh?" I groaned, grabbing my phone and turning on my camera to check for what they were all looking at, and I gasped when I saw it.

I had a massive hickey on my neck, and Hyunjin had used his teeth to write the letter 'H' in my skin slightly, so in the light, the hickey was purple with a red outline of the letter.
"Oh my god, Hyunjin! When and why didn't you do this." I said in shock, touching it and looking at him.

"I-i was horny last night, and you looked so innocent, so I kissed your neck a little." Hyunjin admitted sheepishly.
Minho burst out laughing, and I pouted at him.
"You know we came here to tell you that everyone's going for group karaoke later, and good luck with that." Minho wiped a stray tear from his eye.

"Fuck, Fuck fuck!" I cursed "nothing will cover this monster up."
"Thought you liked being marked by me?" Hyunjin murmured against my ear kissing it.

"This isn't the time for that." I complained.
"I was only with you last night, so if anyone sees this and sees the lettering on it, you and me are dead." I warned hyunjin never to do this again.

"Can't you just admit you're together it's easier than sneaking around." Jisung asked, playing with my hair.
"It's not that simple." Hyunjin stated while pushing his hair back. "We don't know how the others will react based on who I was and the sex incident."

I nodded along with what hyunjin was saying.
"We accepted you and chan and jeongin know so it's only seungmin and changbin and I'm sure they won't give a fuck. They'll be happy, but they won't really care." Minho states, pulling jisung towards him.
"Yeah, we will see." I mumbled, still looking at the massive mark on my neck and glaring at Hyunjin.

"Deep down, you love it." He rolled his eyes at me and tugged my shirt so I would move closer to him. He captured my lips into a passionate kiss, his hands stroking my hips.

[Karaoke bar]

As the night wore on, the excitement of the group slowly grew, and by the time we all piled into the karaoke bar, I couldn’t help but feel a mix of excitement and nerves. It was a relief, in a way, to be out with everyone, laughing and joking around like normal. After the tension from this morning—and my ongoing worry about the mark on my neck—this was a welcome distraction.

The place was cozy, with plush couches wrapped around a low table and a big screen at the front for the lyrics. A couple of mics were already waiting, and it wasn’t long before Jisung, Minho, and Chan were jostling over who would get to sing first. Hyunjin sat beside me, his hand resting gently on my knee under the table, an unspoken comfort in his touch.

“Alright, let’s kick things off with a classic!” Chan grinned, already scrolling through the song list, while Jeongin cheered from beside him. The energy was infectious, and for a moment, I let myself relax. Hyunjin leaned in, his lips brushing my ear.

“You okay?” he asked softly.

I nodded, smiling at him. “Yeah, just… keeping my eye on that monster mark you gave me.”

Hyunjin chuckled, his fingers squeezing my knee. “It looks good on you.”

I rolled my eyes but couldn’t help the small laugh that escaped. The mood was light, and as Chan and Jeongin grabbed the mics and launched into an enthusiastic duet, the room erupted into laughter.

“Go, Jeongin! Hit those high notes!” Jisung yelled, leaning into Minho’s side as they watched.

Chan was grinning wide, clearly having the time of his life, and Jeongin was doing his best to keep up, his cheeks flushing with effort. When the song ended, everyone clapped and cheered, and Chan handed the mic off to Minho with a playful bow.

“Your turn, lovebirds,” Chan teased, making Jisung giggle as he grabbed the other mic.

They picked a slow ballad, something soft and romantic, and as their voices filled the room, I couldn’t help but admire the way they effortlessly harmonized. Minho and Jisung’s voices blended so well together, and the way they kept stealing glances at each other during the song… it was sweet. You could feel the love between them in every note.

“They’re pretty good, huh?” Hyunjin whispered, his thumb absentmindedly rubbing circles on my leg.

“Yeah…” I murmured, watching them. But as the song went on, a knot started forming in my chest. They were singing together, openly, and no one batted an eye. Everyone knew about them, and they didn’t have to hide. I could feel the weight of our own secret pressing down on me.

The song ended to another round of applause, and this time, it was Chan who stood up again, his eyes bright as he looked directly at us.

“Alright! Hyunjin, Felix—you two are up!” he called, waving us over.

My heart dropped.

“Uh… I don’t think—” I stammered, glancing at Hyunjin in a panic.

But before I could say anything else, Chan continued, oblivious to my growing anxiety. “Come on, you guys! You’re a couple now, too, right? Let’s hear you sing something together!”

The room went dead silent.

My breath hitched in my throat as I looked around. Minho and Jisung exchanged nervous glances, and Jeongin suddenly looked very interested in the floor. But what hit me hardest were the expressions on Seungmin and Changbin’s faces—pure confusion.

“What did he just say?” Seungmin asked, his eyes narrowing as he looked between Hyunjin and me.

My pulse sped up. I could feel the heat rising in my face, and I desperately tried to look anywhere but at them. My mind was spinning, trying to find something to say, but nothing came out. Hyunjin’s hand tightened on my leg, but I could feel his tension too.

“Wait, are you guys really together?” Changbin asked, his tone not harsh, but clearly surprised.

I couldn’t breathe.

“We—uh—” Hyunjin started, but before he could finish, I shot to my feet.

“I… I need to go to the bathroom,” I mumbled, stumbling over my words as I rushed toward the door.

My vision blurred as I pushed past the others, my heart hammering in my chest. The second I was out of the room, the walls felt like they were closing in on me. I barely made it to the bathroom before I collapsed against the sink, gasping for air. My chest was tight, so tight, and no matter how hard I tried to inhale, it felt like I couldn’t get enough oxygen.

Not now. Not here.

I gripped the edge of the sink, trying to focus on the cool porcelain under my fingertips, but my vision was swimming. The buzzing in my ears grew louder, and the pounding in my chest felt like it was about to break me. My breaths came in shallow, panicked gasps, and I knew—if I didn’t get control soon, I was going to pass out.

Suddenly, the door burst open, and I heard Hyunjin’s voice, distant at first but growing closer. “Felix? Felix!”

I couldn’t answer. My lips were trembling, my throat too tight to speak. But I felt his hands on me, pulling me away from the sink and into his arms. His voice was soft, panicked but gentle as he tried to coax me back to reality.

“Breathe with me, okay? Just… breathe, Lix. You’re okay. I’m here.”

His hand moved to my chest, his touch grounding me as he breathed slowly, trying to guide me through it. I struggled to match his rhythm, but the dizziness was overwhelming. My legs buckled, and I slumped against him, barely able to stay upright.

“Minho! I need help!” I heard Hyunjin shout, his voice frantic.

Within seconds, Minho was there, his hands steady as he crouched beside us. “Felix, it’s okay. Just focus on me, alright? You’re safe. We’ve got you.”

I felt Minho’s hand on my back, rubbing slow circles, and Hyunjin’s arm holding me close, both of them trying to bring me back from the edge. It took what felt like forever, but slowly, painfully, my breaths began to even out. The pounding in my head dulled, and the spinning started to fade.

By the time I could sit up, my whole body felt like it had been drained of energy. I was still shaking, and my throat was raw, but at least I could breathe again.

“I’m sorry,” I whispered, barely audible, as I wiped at my face, avoiding Hyunjin’s worried eyes.

“Don’t apologize,” Hyunjin said softly, brushing my hair back from my face. “You don’t need to be sorry, Felix.”

Minho stood up and gave Hyunjin a small nod. “I’ll go talk to them. They didn’t mean to make things worse.”

I watched as Minho left the bathroom, the weight of everything still pressing down on me, but at least I had Hyunjin beside me, his presence keeping me anchored.

A few moments later, Minho returned, his expression serious. “I told them not to bring it up again. Seungmin and Changbin didn’t realize it was such a big deal, but they’re sorry. They won’t push it.”

I nodded, too exhausted to do much more. Hyunjin helped me to my feet, his arm still wrapped protectively around me.

“Let’s go home,” he murmured, and I leaned into him, grateful for his warmth, his steadiness.

As we walked out of the karaoke bar, I couldn’t shake the feeling that things were only going to get more complicated from here. But for now, I was just glad to have Hyunjin by my side.
