Appearance
Ren is a tall young man for those in his age, having blue hair with dark blue strand. He also a heterochromia, having different colored eyes with his left eye is yellow while his right eye is grey. Unlike "normal" people, Ren have jagged and sharp teeth.
Personality
Ren is an outgoing, friendly and cheerful person. In term of personality alone, he doesn't show any sense of negativity. Ren almost positive most of the time, hardly showing any bad senses to anyone. Despite his appearance, Ren is fun loving and even like to tease his friends.
However, Ren is not without any negative side. He can be angered when pushed too much, and sometimes get upset quickly. When angered, Ren sometimes would either run wild and try to express it in different way to not bring harm to anyone.
But in the end, Ren is much more good person which why he able to get along with anyone. He is supportive toward his friends and family, not bothered by anything that he view is bad. To him, he know that there are good and bad things no matter what or who those are.
After making contract with Dragblacker, Ren still remain his original personality. But there are times when he influenced by his "darkness which cause him to act differently such as being more aggressive and reckless, even capable of emitting malice. He have a mutual hate toward Dragblacker, but able to work together as they share the same goal.
History
Ren is born in a stable family, having his father work as a police detective, his mother is a housewife and his older sister is a university student. At some point during his middle school, he meet with a boy named Otoya, which instantly become friends with him even with the guy's cold demeanor.
It didn't take long for Ren and Otoya to get along, sharing their own stories and went to the same high school. While talking with their classmate, a portal suddenly appear below them which teleport them into the magic world of Tortus.
After spending two weeks training, the Hero's Party went to the Great Orcus Labyrinth in order to gain experience in combat. However, things turn bad when Daisuke activate a trap which sent them directly to 65th Floor. During the fight with the Behemoth, Ren and Otoya fell into the deeper section of the labyrinth.
Power & Abilities
As a normal human, Ren is a hardworking athlete. He become part of the soccer club when he was in middle school, and in high school. Being positioned as a defender and even play as a libero, Ren is excellent in both offense and defense.
Once summoned into the world of Tortus, Ren gain an great mana energy and affinity of fire, which is unique even for a barrier master. As a barrier master, he is an expert in using barrier magic.
After making contract with Dragblacker and eat monster meat, Ren had become even stronger, surpass far the stats even his fellow classmates within the Hero's Party. Because making the contract, Ren is cease to be a human and slowly turning into a dragon.

• Ren is based on Kirishima Eijiro from BNHA, being positive and supportive toward friends. While his outgoing nature is based on Floyd Leech along with his appearance.
• Ren's favorite anime is One Piece. His favourite character is Kaidou.
