Tonight as the sunset
mixes with the gloomy skies
I want to be in your arms again
Listening to your heartbeat
And the song it sings.
I want to laugh with you
And take a thousand polaroid pictures
I want to put the kettle on
While  you  bring in the plants,
So they're not trampled by the heavy rainfall
Tonight as the sun sets
And the skies cry,
I want to sit down in your laps
Sipping on sweet Earl grey
And watch that music video you love
As the rain falls tonight,
I want to wear that crisp long sleeved white shirt
That  hides in the back of your walk-in closet
While we dance recklessly
Forgetting the heavy rain outside
