Rheuss clenched the photo in his hands. He was on the verge of breaking it when Emi's sweet voice sound from the living room.
Dismissing the urge to shatter everything around him or opening the next box, he quickly put everything back and came out.
Gazing at the small round cute face of Emi, it clicked, the boy in the photo and this little girl has an uncanny resemblence.
Could he be.......?
And they both seem to be particularly close too.
Something shattered.
The glass on the table beside him broken by his fist.
It was annoying but still he can't direct his anger to her. He needs his answers and she will have to give them to him sooner or later.
Who knows if she is still not over her first love.

Sitting in his office Rheuss was really giving off a dangerous aura for the last few days.
Alan seemed to be treading on thin ice not knowing when his boss will snap and his job will be gone.
He has already fired a number of employees in the last three days.
"So how is it going about the opening of a new branch in the east?" Rheuss asked looking up from the pile of paperwork on his desk.
It was only ten in the morning and he was busy.
"Yes, sir the work is almost done, would you like to go see it in a few days?"
"No need just get me the photos" he waved his hand in dismissal and went back to the paperwork.
Suddenly his phone rang.
The caller ID said 'Evangeline'.
Rheuss picked up his phone.
"Hello" he said.
"Hey Rheuss, I heard you all are going to the amusement park today, can you tell Reni that I won't be able to come, I can't reach her" her voice came from the other side.
Rheuss furrowed his brows and then looked at Alan who shook his head indicating that he knows nothing about this.
"Amusement park?"
"Yeah, aren't you all going?"
"I never heard of it"
"Oh, maybe they are going with Mike, nevermind I will call Mike to inform him" and with that she cut the call.
The atmosphere in the room that was already cold dropped again to one that can even chill your bones.
Maybe the kiss was not enough to tell his wife that she belongs to him.
He smirked.
Quickly finishing his work he went home to crash this trip because he will also be tagging along.
Eva sitting in her own office held a cunning smile, she won't let her best friend's plan success. She will make sure that this marriage definitely works.

"Mommyyyyy....when will we go" Emi whined swaying from side to side in a cute manner.
Reni smiled at her "Your uncle Mike will be here anytime soon".
"Where are you going?" Asked Rheuss suddenly coming inside the house.
Reni jumped a bit at his voice.
"To the amusement park" Emi cheered.
"Do you wanna come dad?" the little girl asked.
"Emi he is busy" Reni said, she has no intention to go with him.
Rheuss raised a brow and walked towards her getting too close than necessary.
Reni looked up at his face at the close proximity and covered her mouth with her hands.
He smirked "I am free, so let's go together".
He backed away and picked Emi up walking out.
"Are you not coming?" He said looking back when she made no move to follow them and was just frozen on space.
Getting out of her trance she picked up the little bag and walked out with them.
Mike was already there with his car and was about to get out when he saw the three coming out.
"Uncle Mike, dad is also coming with us" Emi shouted when she saw him.
Mike glanced at Reni briefly but said nothing. He seem to guess what might have happened.
"Let's go" Mike said opening the door for Reni but Rheuss closed it with a hard kick.
"Let's take my car" he said walking to the black Bentley.
Seating Emi in the back he opened the front door for Reni who has no choice to sit there, after all she was prone to carsickness, can't sit in the back.
Mike sat in the back with Emi.
Mike wanted to say something but was never given the chance to do so as Rheuss kept interrupting him.
Surely he was doing it on purpose.
Reni who was mashed in between was really annoyed that after a while she really snapped.
"शांत नहीं रहा जा रहा तुमसे" she said in hindi because she was really frustrated.
(Can't you both be quiet).
Rheuss seemed to understand what she was saying but Mike didn't, he didn't knew hindi but from her tone he guessed she was getting annoyed so he shut up.
"You taught hindi to Emily?" Rheuss asked out of nowhere.
"You understand my words?" she was confused.
"I lived in India as a kid"
"Oh".
After this everyone was quiet until they reached the Amusement park.
As soon as the car was parked Emily ran out jumping up and down excited.
Reni and Mike both laughed at her behaviour.
She smiled at him but this time before going inside the mother and daughter unconsciously waited for Rheuss who was surprised when he saw them standing there waiting for him.
He already thought that by the time he gets there they all will be gone like always. There was progress.
The corner of his lips lifted a bit. He was touched with them just waiting for him.
Entering the park the hearts of the mother and daughter were filled with thrills.
Both of them love rides soo much. The Reni who always seems dull was also energetic today as she got his hand and ran after Emily who has gone towards the Roller coaster.
He doesn't know if she has mistakenly got his hand when she wanted to Mike's hand but her touch felt good.
Maybe towards the end of the year, he might be successful in making her stay, only not with him but here in this world as well.
