The grand palace of Vikram loomed over the quiet town, its imposing structure hinting at the power and wealth inside. But tonight, the palace felt different. Inside the luxurious room, tension filled the air as Vikram paced back and forth. His two friends, Arman and Kartike, lounged casually on the plush couches, exchanging amused glances."Are you ready for this, Vikram?" Arman teased, a smirk on his face. "You've got your prize all tied up and waiting. Just how you wanted it!"
up, Arman," Vikram snapped, his heart racing. "This isn't a joke."Kartike leaned forward, intrigued. "Come on, Vikram. You know it's the only way to get her to listen. You've liked Mehek for so long, and now you finally have a chance to tell her."
"But kidnapping her?" Vikram ran a hand through his hair, anxiety bubbling in his chest. "What if she hates me for this? What if I ruin everything?"
"She won't hate you if you tell her how you feel," Arman said, trying to sound encouraging. "She just needs a little push. Besides, she'll understand you did this because you care."
"Yeah, man. Look, it's a bold move," Kartike added. "Sometimes, you need to take risks in love."
Just then, the door creaked open, and Mehek was ushered in by one of the guards. Her eyes widened with fear as she took in her surroundings. She was dressed in a simple dress, her hair falling loosely around her shoulders. The moment she saw Vikram, her face turned pale.
"Vikram! What is this? Let me go!" Mehek shouted, struggling against the ropes binding her hands.
"Mehek, wait! Just listen to me!" Vikram pleaded, stepping closer. But she took a step back, fear evident in her eyes.
"Why did you bring me here? I don't want to be here!" Mehek exclaimed, glancing nervously at the two friends behind Vikram.
"Just hear him out, Mehek!" Arman chimed in, unable to hide his amusement. "He's got something important to say."
"I don't want to hear anything from him!" she yelled, panic rising in her voice. "Let me go! This isn't funny!"
Vikram felt his heart sink. This was not how he wanted her to react. "Mehek, please! I just want to talk!"
"Talk? You think I'm going to sit down and have a nice chat after you kidnap me?" she scoffed, glaring at him. "This is insane!"
"It's not like that!" Vikram insisted, feeling frustrated. "I didn't mean for it to go this far. I just wanted a chance to tell you how I feel!"
"By locking me up?" Mehek shot back, her voice trembling with anger and fear. "You think that's going to make me want to be with you?"
"Just give me a chance, please!" Vikram begged, stepping closer again. "I know this is crazy, but I had to do something. I've liked you for so long, and I didn't know how else to get you to listen."
"Kidnapping me is not the answer, Vikram!" she cried, her eyes glistening with tears. "You're scaring me! Let me go right now!"
Arman couldn't help himself. "See, Vikram? This is why you don't take risks! She's terrified!"
"Shut up, Arman!" Vikram snapped, his frustration boiling over. "I'm trying to fix this!"
"Fix what? You've ruined everything!" Mehek shouted, her voice rising. "You think this is how you win someone over?"
"Look, I know I messed up," Vikram admitted, running a hand over his face. "But I care about you. I just wanted you to understand that."
Mehek shook her head, fear and anger swirling in her eyes. "I don't want to hear it! Just let me go!"
