Chapter 1

(Hazel's P.O.V)
"YO I'LL TELL YOU WHAT I WANT WHAT I REALLY REALLY WANT."Says my alarm clock.
"SO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT WHAT YOU REALLY REALLY WANT" Matt says barging in my room and singing along.
"ILL TELL YOU WHAT I WANT WHAT I REALLY REALLY WANT" My alarm clock said as Matt said waiting for his part, just like every other sluggish morning.
"SO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT WHAT YOU REALLY REALLY WANT" Matt said louder this time.
"I WANNA -" "GO TO SLEEP" I said cutting off my alarm clock and stuffing my head under my pillow.
Matt laughs coming up to me and taking my pillow, throwing it behind him, and pulling my blanket back.
"Yeah, but we all know that's not gonna happen, so get dressed." Matt says and walks back to his room. I groan knowing that if I go back to sleep he'll get the bucket.
I take a quick shower, and brush my teeth before I pick out my outfit. I put on a black shirt with a black skater skirt and black flats with a black headband with a red bow attached.
I smell the air sniffing for the smell just like every morning. I sigh,remembering the day like it was yesterday.
-Flashback-
"Matt when are the coming back?" I said getting impatient. They went to the store to get snacks for our movie marathon a half hour ago.
"Idk. Maybe there's traffic." Matt said shrugging his shoulders. I huff and play flappy bird on my tablet. A few minutes later there's a knock on the door.
"They have a key why are they knocking on the door?" I asked confused why out parents would be knocking on the door.
Matt opens the door and two policemen open the door.
"Is there a problem sir(s)?" Matt says looking confused but confident.
"Are you the son and daughter of Rich and Beth Espinosa?" The police officers say with sympathetic eyes.
"Yes sir. Why? Have they gotten arrested?" I ask speaking up, worriedly.
"No. I'm sad to say there has been a robbery at Aldi's and your parents were shot, for calling 911. I'm sorry for your loss." The officer said as my heart broke.
"Haha very funny, you got me there! Where are the cameras and my parents?" I say bitterly laughing, hoping this was a joke or dream.
"I'm afraid this is all true ma'am." The second officer said speaking up. I fall to the floor balling my eyes out as Matt thanked the police and they left. I sat on the floor balling my eyes out as Matt decided to call our relatives and spread the news, hoping to plan the funeral.
-Flashback over-
"Earth to Hazel??" Matt said snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Er....Yeah" I said going to the bathroom to fix my makeup with him following.
"You were thinking of them weren't you?" He said reading me like an open book.
"Yes" I said sighing. There was no use of lying, he missed them just as much as I did.
"Yeah, but I'm glad I still have you." He said kissing my forehead. I quickly put on mascara concealer and light lipgloss. I pick up my book-bag and purse and head out the door.
"Did Kristen make breakfast?" I asked hoping if it was Mon. Wed. Or Fri. cause that is when she makes breakfast.
Yep! It's Monday." Matt said and we both smirked.
"Ey babes! Guessing you guys are hungry?" Kristen said in a cheery tone.
"NO I DONT WANT FOOD FROM A STRANGER! WHERE IS MY SISTER AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WIN HER?!?!?" I joke grabbing a spoon.
"Why would you grab a spoon?" Kristen said frowning.
"It's one of the top 10 defense weapons. Tell her Matt" We both turn to Matt as he has an amused look on his face.
"Oh definitely! Perfect explanation. You gotta tell her why Hazel." Matt said smirking.
"You use a spoon so you can jab them in the nuts with the end part, then you take the blood by the front part and feed it to them." I said making my plate.
"Why would you feed them there blood?" Kristen asks shaking her head.
"Why wouldn't you?" I say shoving my mouth with bacon.
As Matt and Kris continue talking I get a text from my best friend.

H-Nothin. U on ur way?
P-Yea hbu?
H-Just finishing up breakfast
P-K. Ill see u when u get here

"LETS GO MATT AND KRIS!" I yell getting up and opening the garage.
"COMING" They yell in unison. The whole ride we make conversation about when the next MAGCON is and if we were all going.
As we arrive I see Phoenix with her boyfriend Brent(Rivera). I sigh knowing they're going to be lovey-dovey. As I'm walking I see Cam. I'm walking over to him and suddenly Kristen zooms pass me. She jumps into Cams arms and they kiss.
