After I finished breakfast I headed back upstairs to change. I put on a bathing suit and layered it with a pink and purple flannel and a pair of shorts. As I was rolling the sleeves midway up my arm and walking out of my room I saw my brother. He was standing there in his doorway in a loose tank and shorts. He had been waiting on me. We were going swimming today. He knew more than anyone that swimming is my passion.

We headed to the car and I glanced over to the neighbors to find Carson's car there. I reminisced to the time in the roof about a week ago. I wished it would happen again but he had been busy lately. He has had baseball practice everyday and is always tired or something. Wait. Why do I remember all this?! God Natalie, get a grip. I just ignore the voice in my head and put in my ear buds. I pulled them out, well actually my brother pulled them out so he could tell me something.

"So what I'm hearing is, you're going to a party and leaving me here?"

"No of course not Nat. I'm going to a party but I'll send a friend to take you home when you're ready." He smiled at me like it was going to help.

"You can be such a pain. Alright whatever."

"Thank you just text me when you're ready okay sis?"

I just nodded and got out of the car. The beach wasn't so packed and it was kindve nice. Everyday that we have been here, the beach had been packed with people. And since today was nice I decided to go for a run. I had been running for a while and just looking out at the horizon. I was soon broke out of my daze and fell to the ground. I noticed someone else a foot away from me.

"Ouch," she said holding her elbow.

"I'm so sorry, I was just-"

"No,no,its my fault I wasn't paying attention. I was looking at the horizon. Im sorry she said getting up and brushing herself off.

"Me too," I chuckled while following suit.

She looked at me and smiled. She was really pretty and seemed like the funny type. "I'm Jenna by the way," she said holding her hand out.I shook it and smiled. "I'm Natalie," I replied.

"I don't think I've seen you around here before."

"No. We just moved here about a week ago."

"Oh. Well I cab already tell you and I are going to be the best of friends. How are you liking Westwood so far?"

"Its great especially the sunrise,"I said remembering my first encounter with the sunrise here. I have an awful habit of thinking about Carson.

"Well Natalie, are you hungry because I'm starved and there's thus amazing pizza place just up the boardwalk."

"Sure I could go for some pizza." I shrugged.

We started walking down the boardwalk. I noticed her blonde hair swinging around as she walked. It kind of added to her fun loving personality.

Once we got to the pizza place I could help but take in the fumes of delicious, not so nutritious smell of the pizza. The resturaunt was half empty when we walked in. Jenna walked around the corner and stopped at the counter.

"What's your favorite kind?"

"Peporoni," I said.

"Hey T. Pineapple and ham with stuffed crust and pepperoni," she called over the counter. The man came out with a towel over his shoulder.
