INT. BEDROOM

The walls weep with reflected rain as it continues to  storm beyond the windows. Harry lies in bed, watching  shadowy trails of water snake eerily over the window.

RON
How did you do it?

Harry turns, eyes the back of Ron's head,

RON
Never mind. Doesn't matter. You could have let your best friend know though.

HARRY
Let you know what?

RON
You know bloody Hell what.

HARRY
I didn't ask for this to happen Ron. Okay? You're being stupid.

RON
Yeah that's me, Ron Weasley... Harry Potter's stupid friend.

Harry shook his head, his expression sincere. "Sorry, mate. I didn't mean it." His voice was calm but laced with genuine regret as he looked at the person in question.

Ron, standing slightly behind Harry, rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly before chiming in. "Yeah, I'm sorry too. I wasn't thinking."

HARRY
I didn't put my name in that cup. I don't want eternal glory I just wanna be.. Look, I don't know what happened tonight and I don't know why, it just did ok.

The darkness crackles with silence . Then . . .

RON
Piss off.

In the Slytherin Common room

The dim glow of the emerald-lit Slytherin Common Room cast long shadows across its cold, stone walls. Athanasia tiredly entered, her hand gripping her temple as if trying to ward off a throbbing headache. Her movements were slow, unsteady, and she barely noticed her surroundings until she stumbled into someone.

"You alright?" Orion asked gently, his deep voice carrying a hint of concern as he studied Athanasia.

The youngest Potter—now Black—looked up at him, her gaze softening at the rare warmth in his otherwise stern demeanor. She nodded her head, her lips curving into a gentle, reassuring smile. "I'm alright, thank you."

A firm hand caught her before she could fall, steadying her. She blinked up and found herself staring into the concerned gray eyes of Draco Malfoy.

DRACO
Are you alright?

His tone was uncharacteristically gentle, his usual haughty demeanor replaced with genuine worry.

Bellatrix and Narcissa exchanged a look, their expressions morphing into identical knowing smiles.

"Someone's in love," Bellatrix sang teasingly, her voice dripping with mock sweetness as she leaned closer to Narcissa.

ATHANASIA
Yeah... I'm just tired

she said weakly, her voice barely above a whisper. Draco didn't seem convinced. His hands remained on her shoulders as he leaned closer, searching her face for any signs of pain or distress.

DRACO
Are you hurt?

His question came out sharper this time, his concern deepening.

ATHANASIA
No... Drakie, I'm good, I swear.

She gave him a small, reassuring smile, though it lacked its usual brightness. Her eyes drifted around the room, and that's when she noticed it—the stares. Cold, judgmental eyes from every corner of the common room were fixed on her. Students from various year levels whispered behind their hands, their expressions ranging from disdain to outright disgust.
