Marcelo Pesseghini was a thirteen year old serial killer who killed five members of his family; Andreia Pesseghini, Benedita Bovo, Bernardete Silva, Luis Pesseghini, and himself. This included his parents (Andreia and Luis), his grandmother (Benedita), and his aunt (Bernardete). The police, when walking into the Pesseghini household in August, had quickly ruled out the massacre as a possible attack; coming to the conclusion that Marcelo had shot the four victims before shooting himself, committing suicide. Over two-hundred officers had went to the household that day. Assassin's Creed had actually published a public condolences to the family, apologizing for the influence the game may have put on Marcelo; leading to the murder, or massacre, of the entire family.
