Jordan's POV
Light beamed through the eight by ten foot window. The rays of blinding white light bounced off each of the five walls. The flashes of light find their way to my closed eyes, waking me up from my land of dreams. Shifting from side to side, I become aware of a serpent. The snake was wrapped tightly around my wist. I felt the power course through it. As I moved I felt it squeeze, not letting me free. Lifting my eyelids, I see no reptile slithering across my body ready for kill. In its place is a young man.
I begin to panic, until memories of the previous night flooded into my mind. It was only Niall.
My lips were inches from his face. His lips were slightly parted, letting out almost inaudible snores. I brush my lips passed his lips and cheek. His nose scrunched up as he stirred. My mouth touched his ear. My teeth grazed his earlobe, tugging lightly.
I detached my teeth from his ear, and parted my lips. My hand gently travels to down his chest to his belly button. The edges of his lips curve upward in a slight smile, indicating he liked the touch.
I nudged the skin below his ear with the tip of my nose. My lips make their up uo his ear once more. "WAKE UP!" I screech directly in his ear.
His torso removes itself from its previously sleeping state. He jerks forward, smashing his forhead to mine. "OI!" he yelps in a sexy morning voice. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?"
My chest vibrated from my abrubt laughter. With my nose scrunching, my smile turned into a toothy grin. "You were sleeping. I woke up. I got a bit bored, so I woke you up. Now I won't be bored." I told him in a 'duh' voice.
"Oh." he announced. Niall's gaze fell to his arm, which is gently resting upon my waist. Niall's buff arm drifted from my waist to his face, covering his blush.
"It's fine. When I woke up, my legs were tangled in yours." I told him, with hopes of making him feel a little better. In reality, all it did was make me blush.
A grumble came from Niall's and my stomachs. We chuckled at this.
"Niall, what happened last night?" I asked him, snuggling in his chest.
His arm wrapped around my waist once more. His soft lips connected with the top of my forehead.
Niall's POV
I retreated my lips from her messy hair. Even now, she looks so beautiful. Her hair may be a mess, sticking to her face. Her lips may be a bit chapped. Her eyelashes may not be as visible as last night. But, even with all these, she looks gorgeous.
I must have zoned out because her perfectly dainty hands were waving in front of my face. "What?" I asked.
"I asked what happened last night." she told me looking a bit annoyed.
"Oh, ermm, where to begin?" I ask her.
"When we got to my apartment." she said, bringing her gaze to my eyes.
Last night
I look around her flat, taking in the view. The walls were clean and white, the room decorated with black furniture. To add a bit of color, she put a couple of red throw pillows on the couches.
Jordan sat with her legs in criss-cross applesauce. The edges of her lips turned upward in the tiniest smile. She surprised me. Her touch sent tingles up my spine, not just tingles, but electricity. The type of electricity that the pacemaker in my heart sent. Instead of making only my heart beat, it made me act in a way I didn't know. I always kept my cool. I never broke character. I don't understand whats wrong with me. My heart beats out of time, my palms get sweaty. It doesn't make any sense.
