2 - (CRP/HPP) Your characters both live in the mansion, but have never interacted. One day, they're forced in a situation where they have to interact. (think like that one episode of osomatsu san where ichimatsu and choromatsu are left home alone lmao)
3 - (CRP/HPP) Character #1's first time moving into the mansion, character #2 helps them settle in
