CHAPTER 44

Side story

Tae Gu is watching his wife Chae Yoon doing her therapy. A nurse is helping her for her to recover quickly.

"She's getting better." Doctor Cha said. She's standing next to Tae Gu while watching Chae Yoon on her therapy session. "She can go home tomorrow and continue her therapy on your home." She added. Tae Gu smile and look at her. "Thank you,Doctor Cha. You're really a big help to us." He said. Doctor Cha smile. "I'm happy that she surpassed the crucial stage." She said. "Be with her always... She needs you more right now more than on her pregnancy stage. Especially she went through a lot while giving birth to your baby." She added. "I will, Doctor Cha. Thank you for taking care of her since  day one." Tae Gu said. Doctor Cha tap him on his shoulder. "No worries... I have to go, I'll settle all the papers so she can go home with you." She said before she left.

Chae Yoon smile while looking at the glass window. She is seated on her wheelchair. Her therapy is already done.

She's looking at the sky from it. "Eonnie... Are watching me from above? Thanks to you I'll find my way back to Tae Gu." She said.

Flashback

(In Chae Yoon's long dream)

Chae yoon seated infront of her sister Chae Young. Chae Young brushing Chae Yoon's hair with a smile on her face.

"Eonnie, I miss how you braided my hair." Chae Yoon said. Chse Young smile. "Really?" She said. Chae Yoon nodded. Chae Yoon turn around to face her then she smile. "Let's stay like this Eonnie..." Chae yoon said and hug her sister. Chae Young smile and caressing her hair. "I love too,Chae Yoon but... How about Tae Ji and your daughter Chae hyun? How about Tae Gu? Are you really want to leave them?" Chae Young said. Chae Yoon tears started to fill her eyes and she didn't speak. Chae Young hold her hands. "We really want to be with each other just like before but we can't, Chae Yoon. You need to go back to them and live your life happily." Chae Young said. Chae Yoon is sobbing while listening to her sister. "It's time to wake up on this long dream. It's time to go back and I'll promise even you didn't see me, I'll always be with you..." Chae Young said.

Chae Yoon hug her tightly as she's crying loudly. "Eonnie...." She cried. She look up when she saw a shadow of a man behind her sister.

Tae Hyun smile at her. "Thank you for loving our son unconditionally, Chae Yoon." He said.

End of flashback

Chae Yoon startled when she feel an arms wrapping on her. She smile when she feel Tae Gu's kiss on her cheeks.

"We're going home..." He whispered.

Present days

'Mr. Kang is one of the famous Personality in business industry. He got arrested on killing his friend's son Min Tae Hyun. Base also on Mr. Min's testimony, Mr. Kang also lured him to took his company before the accident happened.'

Mr. Min turn off the television and drink his wine. He take the picture of his late wife from the table. "Yaebo... Finally, justice had been serve for Tae Hyun." He said.

Meanwhile, Ji Min is on the restaurant somewhere in Seoul when she watch the news. She got more anger towards to Chae Yoon because of what happened.

Yes, she didn't listen to her father. Her father knew she would go to her aunt's house to Canada but she didn't. She wants to take her revenge and she wants to see Tae Gu and Chae Yoon suffer before she leave this place.

Tae Gu is excited to go home. He received a video message from Chae Yoon with their children. Tae Gu is smiling the whole time while watching the video.

"Chairman Min..." Mr. Kim called as he entered the room. Tae Gu look at him and he got surprised to see Da Jung standing behind Mr. Kim. "Waeyo?" He asked. Mr. Kim look to Da Jung and he let out a deep sigh before he speak. "Da Jung wants to talk to you. She wanted to tell you something important. " Mr. Kim said.

Tae Gu look to Da Jung. He see how anxious she is and trying to control her tears. "Arasso... Leave us for a while Mr. Kim." He said. Mr. Kim bow as he take his leave.

"Have a seat..." Tae Gu said to Da Jung when Mr. Kim left.

Chae Yoon is busy on taking care of her baby. She's being a hands on mom to Tae Ji and to her daughter Chae jin.

"Eomma..." Tae Ji called. Chae Yoon smile and look at him. "Come here..." She said. Tae Ji run and hug her. He seated beside her on the sofa while Chae Yoon is carrying her baby.

"When I was small, I always on your arms just like Chae Jin?" He asked. Chae Yoon smile as she nodded. "Yes you are... You always wanted to be with me even you're growing up." She said. Tae Ji smile as he listen. "You always cry when you woke up without me on your side. That's why you always with me whenever I go that time." Chae Yoon said. "And I guess, until now you still the same..." She added. Tae Ji hug her and kiss her on her cheeks. "I wanted to stay with you even when I grow up like Appa... I'll promise I will never leave your side Eomma." Tae Ji said. Chae Yoon feels her heart is melting because of what her son told her. Tae Ji look at her. "Because I love you Eomma... You're my only treasure in this world. So please take care of yourself... I'm so afraid when I saw you in the hospital unconscious. I thought you're leaving us just like what happened to my mother." Tae Ji said and he was about to cry.

Chae Yoon caress his face and she smile. "Eomma will never leave you, Arasso? I'm just had a very long dream that day. And you know what who I saw in my dream?" She said. Tae Ji look at her. "I saw your Eomma and Appa." She said with a smile. Tae Ji got surprised. "Really? You saw them?" He said. Chae Yoon nodded as she control her tears. "Are they're together?" He asked. "Yes they are..." She replied. Tae Ji smile with tears starting to run down on his cheeks. "I'm glad to hear it, Eomma." He said. "They told me that they always be with you, guiding you." She said. Tae Ji smile. Chae Yoon hug him tightly and kiss him on his head.
