Shuffling of the bed and the sound of someone moving about the room is what wakes me up. I groan and rub my eyes softly to try and adjust my eyes to the darkness. A very familiar silhouette is pulling up their pants and walking over to the wardrobe to get a shirt.

"Are we playing sneaky teenagers who just hooked up and don't want to see each other in the morning?" I ask, jokingly.

"Good, you're awake." Finnick's voice cuts through the night. She shuffles over to the light and turns it on. I throw my hands over my eyes and groan again. "You need to get up." He says.

I roll my eyes and look at the clock. 12:00 a.m. "What the hell, dude. It's only 12!" I say, shoving a pillow over my face.

"Dels, we have to get up. You don't have to get into anything fancy, but I need you to come with me." Finnick says. After a couple of seconds with me not answering her takes the pillow off my face and gives me a serious look. "Cordelia, please." He says.

Whenever Finnick looks like he is actually serious, I know I should do what he is asking. I don't know what we are going to do and why, but I know it must be serious to him.

I get out of our bed and throw on a light brown hoodie that matches my baby deer pajamas. I throw on some white fuzzy socks and brown boots before I put my hair into a low messy ponytail. "I'm done." I say, letting my hands fall to my sides.

"Good, Caspian and Cody are already waiting for us." Finnick says, pulling me out of the room through the hall and to the elevator. When we are finally in the elevator it hits me that he said Casp and Cody were up there. Up where?

"Finnick, where are we going?" I ask.

"You'll see in a minute." He says. He looks anxious. I have a bad feeling that whatever we are doing could get us in serious trouble.

You could cut the tension in the elevator with a knife. I was watching the numbers of the elevator go up and up until we reached the rooftop. "What are we doing on the roof?" I ask.

"Okay, so, you might hate me after this, but please just know that I am doing this for our future." Finnick says, his back to the doors of the elevator and his hands in mine.
