After the the battle in Pandora. The RDA never gave up on taking over Pandora, Before the Recons were created. The RDA initiated another project called "Project Titan". Project Titan is a super soldier program where they recruited former RDA marines...
(In the Cryogenic Storage, Doctor Halsey and Colonel Quaritch were in the command bay.)
Colonel Quaritch: What is this doctor?
Dr Halsey: This here is Project Titan.
Parker: Project Titan? What is that?
Dr Halsey: You see Parker, i decided to make a batch of super soldiers that can assist you in the battle of Pandora, these soldiers are well enhanced with energy shields that can protect them... These soldiers are augmented with with Spartan four augmentation, As you can i only have four who decided to volunteer in the crypod.
Colonel Quaritch: Who is he i may ask?
Dr Halsey: So, there's Y/N L/N, a former retired RDA special weapons expert. Connor Park the intel collector, Robert Sylvia the backup and recon specialist and last but not least, Taylor Woods the Recon Expert.
(Colonel Quaritch was surprised to here the name Y/N.)
Colonel Quaritch: Back up doctor, did you just say Y/N?
Doctor Halsey: Yes, i did Colonel.
Colonel Quaritch: Let's see this project.
Parker: I'm excited to see this doctor.
Doctor Halsey: Sure thing.
Meanwhile in the Cryo Bay area
(A scientist activated the Cryo-pods doors, the doors let out smoke before it opened. Once the smoke settled, the doors opened and four spartan's rose up from they're hyper sleep.)

???: Welcome back Pegasus, sorry for the quick thaw. Things have been a little hectic right now. But the disorientation should pass quickly. You and you're team will be prepared for battle.
Doctor Halsey: (Speaker) Welcome back spartan, my team will have you and your friends battle-ready stat.
(Colonel Quaritch watched as one of the spartans stepped out of his cryo-pod. He had white armor and a red visor. His helmet was on and was not removed.)

(The last spartan stepped out revealing orange armor. And like the others, he didn't reveal his face.)

(The three watch the spartans get ready for his day with the RDA, as he stepped into the Energy shield testing area. Colonel Quaritch watched as the energy shields began to charge and over charge.)
Col Quaritch: Doctor what's happening?
Doctor Halsey: Easy there Colonel, it's just a shield recharging. This happens if the spartan takes to much damage. You see, the energy shields protect them from getting actual damage, but once the energy shield is down, they have to take cover immediatley. The recharging of they're shields take about five seconds to recharge.
Col Quaritch: I see now. So when he takes that much damage, he needs to take cover immediately for his shields to recharge?
Doctor Halsey: Correct.
Col Quaritch: I see now Doctor.
Doctor Halsey: (Speaker) Trooper, bring up the spartans to the command area immediately. It's time they be ready for the mission.
???: (Speaker) Right away doctor... Alright boys, you heard the lady.
(The spartans walked up the stairs and into where Doctor Halsey, Parker and Colonel Quaritch were.)
Doctor Halsey: Alright spartans, all of you know why you're here.
Both: To assist the RDA.
Col Quaritch: Good job Spartans. Now all of you tell me your code name and serial number.
Spartan Connor: Spartan Connor Park 6191, Code name Ghost.
Spartan Robert: Spartan Robert Sylvia 20171, Code name Raptor.
Spartan Taylor: Spartan Taylor Woods 3771, Code name Reaper.
Y/N: Spartan Y/N L/N 4581, Code name Pegasus.
Parker: Amazing.
Doctor Halsey: Thank you Parker.
Col Quaritch: Welcome to the RDA... Also, Y/N. It's good to see you again.
Y/N: Good to see you two Colonel. I haven't seen you for a while, after hearing what happened down in Pandora. I like the new you.

Back in the area where the recoms were
(Everyone whispered to each other to seeing the spartans as well with a former retired RDA specialist.)
Lyle: So this is Y/N if i'm not wrong.
Col Quaritch: Yup it is Lyle.
Trooper one: Do they have a team name doctor?
Doctor Halsey: Indeed, Spartan Team Phantom... Y/N L/N is the leader to the group since i saw in his records he has good leadership.
Col Quaritch: Good.
Doctor Halsey: I'll be in my lab constructing for Pegasus.
(Doctor Halsey left her spartans to the RDA... As she disappeared. Lyle whispered into Colonel Quaritch's ear.)
