Four days...Three hours and 26 minutes. Embry couldn't stop timing the moment Bella got into the hospital. She wasn't leaving soon and Embry was pissed fuming but he kept it deep down. Which scared the pack so badly. Because for a wolf to keep this calm with what happened...It meant he was really pissed. Murdering someone pissed. Embry had his imprint hurt. By his own flesh and blood. Embry was thinking about thousands of ways to kill them. The doctors said she would live but didn't know when she would wake up. However the cuts Joshua and Tiffany made were really bad they would leave scares. Embry knew Bella from Jacob and he knew that Bella would...feel guilty feel disgusted with herself which made Embry even more pissed. Because Bella already thought of herself as plain or ugly even. Which Embry never thought of her. Even when he first Met Bella she was everything someone like him wanted.

Shy, cute, into books, into school, into cooking. She was the whole deal. But the fact his parents would do such a thing...He couldn't even call them his parents anymore. Who would do that. That's all Embry was trying to figure out. His mom wanted him so involved with her. But he was happy he imprinted on Bella. He was suppose to tell her himself. Suppose to do it in a romantic way so she felt special. No she just got side swiped and cut up.Sam rubbed Embry's back. His now brother...Not just a pack brother his actual brother. Sam felt guilty. He didn't know what to say or do. He didn't even know how to help. But who would. Especially with something this bad. Sam sighed coming up with something to say to his younger brother.

"I am so sorry this happened to her. All I can say is I am glad she's going to make it...I know right now your pissed. The whole pack is Embry. Your pack brothers are right by your side. No matter what you choose to do. I know you will want your say and I already told the council you will have your say. You and her match well together brother..."

Embry looked into Sam's eyes seeing that Sam was telling him nothing but the truth. Embry smiled softly which he hadn't done since the day it happened.

"Thanks Sam. I am sorry I haven't been much help lately. Between wanting to kill Tiffany and Joshua...Not to mention the Cullen's. I am worried."

"About?"

"It's just that....What if the Cullen's try to come into the hospital isn't Carlisle a doctor here. And my parents they have to be punished both ways...I don't know anymore. Sam......All I want if for my imprint to be ok...For her not to be scared and worried for the rest of her life. Sam...I ....She didn't deserve that. No matter who might think that. they had no right to."

Sam nodded.

"I know Embry...it's not fair none of it is. Bella's a good girl. Just pushed into a situation where she couldn't get out."

"How....No Why would they do this to her. Were they so obsessed with themselves that they didn't see she was my only happiness. Imprints are special and amazing."

Sam smiled softly.

"They are aren't they. The great spirit says things happen for a reason. That he does things for a purpose."

"Could be many things. If not to show Tiffany and Joshua that doing that stuff is wrong. Maybe it was for the Cullen's. A message or maybe something is about to happen that needs to."

"Like if the Cullen's do come to the hospital. We confront them make sure they know they aren't welcome here. Maybe it was to also show Bella something."
