Megumi

"I had fun , Itadori. I'm glad we were able to spend the day together." I mentioned to him as I held door open for us to exit the bar. "I hope you know that this means a lot to me."
"I had a good time too Fushiguro! We should do this again sometime. As in... just us two." he replied , his voice changing from passionate to embarrassed at the last part.

"We should. I like it when it's just me and you." I smiled reassuringly. "Attempting to shop with the others would be too chaotic for my liking." I chuckled as my mind started wandering to all the possible scenarios that could occur.
"To be honest , you would probably be responsible for half of the chaos." I looked at him in amusement.
"Shut the fuck up." he said to me while trying to hold in his laugh.
"What was that?" I asked , turning to him in disbelief.
"Nothing!" he replied quickly while looking around innocently.
"Right , that's what I thought."

We continued walking for a bit longer , enjoying the cool evening breeze and the peaceful silence that hung in the air. The sun was still just about up , even though it was already quite late.

"You excited for the trip?" Itadori asked me , breaking the silence.
"I guess." I shrugged my shoulders. "I'll just have to see when I get there. What about you? Are you looking forward to it?" I turned to him as I anticipated his answer.
"I would say I'm pretty excited. It's a chance to get my mind off of things." he replied.
I wonder if he's talking about the nightmares...

My mind drifted into thought about what he could be talking about , but I decided to leave it for now as to not dampen the mood.

"I hope there's good food there." he continued while looking down at the ground , probably picturing various meals in his head.

"When are you not thinking about your stomach , Itadori." I crossed my arms and rolled my eyes. "I'm sure there's good food there. Gojo would never take us somewhere that doesn't have nice food , as stupid as he may be." I stated.
"Now that you mention it , he's never taken us to any food place that he knows we wouldn't approve of." Itadori mentioned as he thought.
"See , nothing to worry about." I let out a chuckle. "I'm sure we'll all have a good time regardless."
He nodded in agreement.

We were both pretty tired , and fortunately , we made it back to school grounds quite quickly. That was mainly due to Itadori and his speedy walking , which I was grateful for this one time.

"Thanks for walking so quickly Itadori. If it wasn't for you , we'd probably only be halfway!" I mentioned with a smile as he unlocked the gate.
"Yeah we would! 'Cause you walk so damn slow!". He responded.
"I can walk fast if I want to!" I retorted.
"Yeah yeah whatever Fushiguro." Itadori rolled his eyes at me as we walked through the field.

We quickly made our way upstairs and into the common room to catch our breath before calling it a day.

"Wait..." Itadori started as he sat down. "Why don't we just ask Sensei what we're doing on the resort?"
"He probably won't tell you. Gojo's stingy like that." I crossed my arms and leaned back into the couch. "Don't let me stop you from trying though. By all means , go ahead."
"You can never be so sure!" he stated , attempting to not let the uncertainty seep into his voice.

He rummaged for his phone in his pocket and started typing aggressively. After a few seconds , he started reading what he texted.

"I said , 'Hey Sensei. What are we gonna do on the resort?'" he paused as he rested the phone on his lap. "Hopefully he responds quickly..." Itadori continued stared at his home screen , anticipating a response.
"He's not going to tell you. Trust me." I said to him , even though he still wasn't going to listen to a word I uttered.
