the darkness loomed over the small town of beacon hills, there was the mccall's house that was shadowed with a specific darkness, the darkness strolled through the halls that had rooms located by each spot, the creaking of a room door was heard as it was pushed opened, a pair of legs stepping inside the room, the shadow slowly stepped to the side of the bedroom, lurking over a sleeping aviva mccall.

a shadowed hand hovered over the face of the human mccall, fingernails disappearing and claws coming out on display, heavy and distorted breaths escaped the person hovering over.

scott's clawed hand slid across his sister's face, dragging onto the side of her neck, his claw digging onto her artery vein, drawing out blood, the pain that shot through her body caused her to breathe awake, her eyes showing fear, pain and horror as she looked into her brother's own.

"scott..."

"scott..."

"scott!"

the younger mccall then felt his self gasping loudly, heavy breaths escaping him, him then sitting up as he realized it was just a dream.

scott then looked around and soon realized it was still night time and here he was sleeping on a bed of dry leaves, his body twisting around as the sounds of leaves crunched under him, a leaf sticking out from him hair.

"scott?"

scott saw a demonic figure standing in front of him which caused him to scramble away.

"scott."

the demonic figure then disappeared from his vision and the sight of his sister was welcomed by his sight.

"aviva." scott whispers.

scott then felt clothes being slammed onto him.

"cloak up, first, it's freezing." aviva bluntly says.

isaac lahey walked into scott mccall's room the next morning before going to school. "...going to school?"

scott took notice of isaac, the memory of him sleeping in the woods, fresh in his mind, he hasn't done that since he was firstly turned.

a part of him felt guilty, guilty of having aviva running after him, checking on him, taking care of him all the time, he felt as if he's blocking her from living her actual life.

"scott." isaac says.

scott snapped out of his thoughts. "yeah, i'm going to school."

"good." isaac awkwardly says.

"um, can we talk? i really need to talk to someone, and there's no way i'm going to that hyperactive spaz." isaac says.

scott softly chuckles, him already used to the frenemy relationship between him and stiles.

"what is it?" scott asks.

isaac stares at scott, deeply exhaling, worrying the mccall. "isaac?"

"...it's about amaris." isaac hesitantly says.

scott's brows frowns in confusion at the mention of the blonde because as far as he knows isaac and amaris never really held a proper conversation together.

"amaris?"

"i kissed her and i liked it and i could tell she liked it as well as how she kissed me back and tripped over her words." isaac rambles out.

scott's eyes went wide at what he just said. "you kissed amaris?" scott then shook his head. "i mean, amaris kissed you?"

"it doesn't matter how you word it, it comes out the same." isaac states

"isaac, i don't think that is right." scott whispers, a look of shock on his face.

isaac looks confused. "why not?"

"i-." scott scoffs. "stiles really likes her, isaac, and amaris likes him as well."

isaac shrugs. "didn't seem that way last night."

"isaac-."

"do you really think that stiles like her? because, all i remember is him obsessing over a famous red head, never amaris." isaac states.

scott sighs out. "that may be true, but i think he likes her."

"and i think he doesn't, but, i do, i won't force her, but, if she picks me-."

"stiles was always complicated-."

"the man is bloody crazy!" isaac exclaims.

"did she really kiss back?" scott carefully asks.

isaac scoffs with a confident smirk. "of course she did, i'm an alluring person."

"right, well, we should go to school, mr. allure." scott smirks amusingly.

                          ━━━ ♡ ━━━

jesse ortiz rushed inside the sheriff's station with an anxious expression, his dark hair thrown over his forehead messily, looking around the area.

there was a man sitting behind a desk, who carefully looked at the tan skinned man, said dark orbed man noticed a stare on him and his body turned slightly to see an unfamiliar man looking at him as if he recognized him.

but, it's not possible, he never met this man before in his entire life and surely if he went to school with him, he'd recognize him, but he doesn't know him.

the man seemed in his age range... probably a few years older, he has dirty blonde hair and light green eyes.

who is this guy?

"jesse!"

aviva quickly walked up to him. "why'd you take off like that?"

jesse quickly forgot about the unknown man as he attention turned to aviva.

"that thing almost ripped me apart, aviva." jesse's eyes narrowed at her.

aviva pouts. "she's just a little nervous around new people."

"sure, well, she should learn to keep those glowing eyes on a down low." jesse lowly says, holding on her hand. "come on, let's go see the sheriff."

"over an innocent animal?" aviva amusingly laughs.

"oh, that wasn't just any animal." jesse scoffs.

jesse then stopped in front of dark blonde haired man, who eyes fell on aviva instantly, jesse scowling at him. "can we help you?"

"can i help you?" he retorts.

jesse frowns at him, his attitude strange, so strange that he can't put his finger on it.

"oh, hello." aviva was taken back by him.

jesse looks at the awestruck look in aviva's eyes and the look the dirty blonde haired man was giving her.

"ah, i see you two met my young deputy?" sheriff realized.

"this is jordan parrish." stilinski introduced.
