-Chapter 2-

-Riley's POV-

"Congrats Ivy Tyson, Riley Harper, Lane Starks, One6Go, Cheetah Girls, and Mark Roberts! You six have made it threw to the next round of the X Factor! Im sorry Sara but this isnt your day sweetie, time to go home." The host, Olly Murs said to us 7 on the X Factor stage.

My eyes teared up at the thought of my closest friend on the show, Sara. The other contestants looked sad too, Sara was a friend to everyone, Sara was an outstanding singer! Now she is eliminated from the show. This just prooves that anyone can go home.

I thought of the positive thing, Im one step closer to winning that X Factor title. Im one step closer to catching my ultimate dream! I mean this is my dream It would just be nice if I got 1st, ya know? Actaully, I would be happy with anything! 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, or whatever!

It is hard to believe that I have made it this far in the show though, like c'mon not every 16 year old girl can say that she is at least finished in the top 6 of the X Factor.

"Okay girls and boys shows over for the night, time to get rested up." Olly said to us.

I quickly ran off the stage, desperate to find Sara and say goodbye to her. I ran past some of the producers and backstage people and then I saw Sara. I didnt even say anything, just hugged her.

"Bye Say, Im gonna miss you, text me! Congrats girl!" I said then Sara smiled and said, "Im gonna miss ya too Riley, and no worries we will text, and thanks! Good luck!"

Then she was off... Just like that.

"Hi sweetie! Time to go get rested up, okay?" My mom said to me. I nodded.

-The Next Day After Lunch-

"Okay Riley, any suggestions on your song?" My mentor Taylor Swift said to me. I know, how lucky am I?

"Hmmmm... WOBBLE BABY WOBBLE BABY WOBBLE!" I said laughing.

"Riley, this is serious do you want to move on?!" Taylor said seriously.

"Yes Taylor." I said.

"Okay now I was thinking Oath by Cher Lloyd? Sound good to you?" Taylor said. Omg yes! I love and adore that song!

"Sounds fantastic." I said smiling.

-Later That Day-

" Wherever you go, just always remember

I said belting out the last line.

"Okay that was good, from the top again." Taylor said without stressing. Ugh! Not again! I've sang this song only like 42 times already!
