Hello again! I am so so happy that so many people enjoyed chapter 1! I honestly don't know what else to say other than I hope you all enjoy this upcoming chapter. It certainly has a twist! :)

I do not own Star vs. The forces of Evil or its characters.

Akasha and the storyline belong to me.

"Uh-oh." The blonde haired girl muttered, staring in awe at the enchantress floating on a thundercloud as the robot drones continued to attack. "S-Star.. I think we should go." Marco began to tug on Star's arm, pulling her away from the fiery building that was once Echo Creek Academy. With a frown, Star zoned out. The only thought crossing her mind as she was leaving the smoldering rubble was that she never went to prom there. She never had the chance. It seemed so exciting, and to think it was scheduled in only a few months. Who would she have gone with? The thought stayed in her mind for a moment before she was snapped out of it. "Star!" Marco's sharp voice pulled her out of her trance. "Uh-yeah?" She looked at him groggily, the image still in her mind. Marco frowned. "What's up with you? We have to evac-" Star cut him off midsentence. "We are going to Mewni. Earth will be gone in an hour, maybe less at this rate. Let's go get your parents and leave." Marco looked worried, something about Star was off. "What about the others? We can't just abandon Earth.." Star shook her head sadly, her usual happy face was now stone cold. "Marco, I know who we are dealing with here. If we don't get out NOW, there won't be any chance of survival. She will not stop at anything less than  enslaving or killing everyone on this planet." With a sigh, she turned away and bolted towards home, rushing to save Mr. and Mrs. Diaz. Marco was left stunned, watching the teenage girl run out of his grasp.

Star burst into the home she shared with the Diaz's. Grabbing both of Marco's parents, she ran back out into the street just as her best friend approached. Pulling out her pair of dimensional scissors, she took her last glance at Earth. This wasn't how she wanted to leave it, broken and burning. She wanted to leave, but return as Queen of Mewni. Now that wouldn't happen. Her precious safe heaven was destroyed. Ushering everyone through the portal, the princess stepped through and watched as the portal closed on the scene of her home burning to the ground. It didn't take long before a tear ran down her cheek, but Star brushed it off. She had to be strong, for them. Leading her other family to the castle, Star was relieved to see her original home as beautiful as ever. Entering the palace, the King and Queen came to greet their daughter. "Star! You've returned so early, we thought you wouldn't be coming for another month! How's Earth?" At the last question, everyone cringed. "Mom, Dad, there isn't time for small talk. Akasha is back, and Earth is being destroyed as we speak. We have to protect Mewni from the same fate."
