Apology

She hears beeping going in one rhythm as she slowly opens her eyes.
The first thing she notices is Jeremy's mum, and behind her the well known Jeremy.

"H-hey." Jeremy's mum started carefully.
"Hey." She said back, bluntly.

"I, eh..." She started off, stuttering.

"Yes?" Trinity said.

"I didn't know... About you..." Jeremy's mum let her fingers dance together while she was pondering what to say next.

"What about me?" Trin looked at her questionably.

"A-about your... Past."

Trin wasn't sure what she meant as she sat straight, feeling her body ache everywhere.

"It's fine."

His mother smiled at me.
"So... Can you forgive me?" She carefully held her hand out, hoping for Trin to do the same.

"Yes, I forgive you." Trin said as she held his mum's hand and pulled her in for a hug.

"I forgive you greatly."

They looked at each other and smiled for awhile, then realising Jeremy was standing next to them and they looked at him instead.

"Thank you, mum. It means a lot."

Jeremy came close to Trin and hugged her just like last time.
"Stay with me, Jeremy. Please." Trin begged and held him close.

"S-sure. I... Yes." He laid next to her and they cuddled up.

"... A week ago, there was a small fire which turned into a red obiss. No one has heard anything from the residents, asssuming they have not survived it. The fire caught the other houses aswell, but the fire brigade already arrived which prevented it from spreading more. We will update you when we heard more of the residents. Now the weather of..."

But Trinity fell asleep before they could finish.
