'Ofcourse I do, why would you ask that?' he finally said.
'She treats you like a piece of shit,' I replied.
'She doesn't. She is a little bossy, but I actually like that,' he said.
You gave him a piercy look. 'Sure...' you finally said. You were about to leave the room, but Thomas grabbed your wrist. 'Aline, what's the real reason for asking that?'
'That was the real reason. Do you really think I'm jealous? Please, no. I like boys who are sure about themselves and not let their girlfriends treating them like dogs.'
'She doesn't treat me like a dog, and-' I cut him off.
'Thomas, she does. Don't deny it. But never mind, I have to work. Bye,' I said and I left the room.
'See you,' he said.
'Hmh...' I mumbled when I walked through the hallways. 'You'll see an other maid,' I said quietly.

When you came home that night you got a text from Thomas: "Mad?"
I sighed and texted back: "Why would I be mad? Because I had to work? Nope..."
That night I went to bed very early.

The next morning I came at my work and opened a locker to put my coat and bag in.
'So... Messed up the sheets with the boy yesterday?' Allison, an other maid, said laughing.
'No,' I said.
'What's wrong?' she asked.
'Nothing. Can I do the first foor?' 'Nope, I'm sorry.'
'Why not?' I asked.
'Because you probably had a fight with that boy and I don't want you to be sad or mad.'
'I didn't had a fight...' I said anoyed.
'Then what was it?' she said, raising her eyebrows.
'Just a little disagreement.'
'He has a girlfriend, huh?' she asked.
'Listen Allison, I. Am. Not. In. Love,' I said a little mad. 'We're just friends.'
'Woah, chill,' she said. 'Then what's the problem, Aline? I don't like to see you like this. I care about you.'
'His girlfriend treats him like her little dog. That girl is a total bitch... They stay here until they found a house,' I said sighing.
'I'm sorry Aline, but I think there's more then that.'
'What?'
'I think there's more wrong,' she said.
'Ok, maybe I like him...' I said rolling my eyes.
'Maybe?'
'Yes, Allison. I just met him. Maybe he's horrible.'
'Maybe... But maybe he is a cute, protective and romantic boy,' she said.
'Stop saying that. High expectations only gives disappointments.'
'True. But Aline, go to them and slice that bitch with your sass,' Allison said laughing.
'Wow, that's your best idea. Then he would hate me more!' I said with the biggest fake smile I could show.
'Just kidding, girl.' Allison said while she put on a apron and gives me one too. 'Now go clean up the second floor.'
I said nothing and walked away.
I pulled a large cart with me which was full of cleaning stuff. It made a lot of noise, and people came annoyed out of their room, causing me to give them an apologetic look. I knocked fast on Thomas's door and his girlfriend opened.
'You again?'
'Hey, if you don't like me then go away. This is my work. Your a guest, so don't treat me like that. Go find a home with your little boy,' I said.
