Chapter nineteen.

James's POV

I hated Jesse for trying to steal Sarah away from me. She says this is her original pack, and family. I believe that seeing how much she looks like Jesse. But she's mine! I don't want to stay here and I won't stay here. If I stay here, I demand respect from Jesse, Meleena, and everyone else. Of course that's asking for too much but if my mate can have respect then why can't I?

Sarah began walking towards Meleena, 'You're not taking her from me!' I hissed at Meleena.

Before I knew it, she leaped onto me, biting my ears and throat. I wanted to push her off of me but she was pregnant and it just wouldn't feel right.

"Please!" Sarah screamed. Jesse growled loudly and Meleena backed off of me.

I whimpered, laying on the floor. 'You get what you give.' Meleena muttered.

She looked at Sarah and began walking out of the basement. Sarah followed her out of the basement looking at me. "Just dont hurt him Jesse," she whispered.

Jesse made a 'Hmph' noise, as if he was saying he wouldn't make any promises. He glared at me with disgust.

He picked me up by my neck with his teeth sinking into my back.

'When you make your decision, just howl.' he growled.

I really had no choice but to stay here. But that wasn't my final decision.

Meleena's POV

I hated that James kid. He's lucky Jesse stopped me from killing him or he would've been done for.

'Are you a wolf?' I looked at Sarah. Normally when you haven't been in your own habitat for a while, the wolf gene will wear off.

She nodded.

I stood back so that she could shift. "Would you like me to take my clothes off or-"

'It's your decision.' I tried to smile.

She just shifted, ripping her clothes. I could tell I'd get along with her perfectly. She had Midnight Blue fur, with a white tail.

'You're gorgeous.' I gasped.

'So are you. You're like snow.' she giggled.

'Follow me.' I said. I began running towards the lake I'd go to just to calm down. I was still sort of angry that James wanted respect when he tried to take me away from Jesse and my home. I really wanted to kill him.

'Jesse, Sarah and I will be home later. I want to get to know her.' I mind linked him.

'Okay baby, please be careful. Don't forget you're carrying our child.' he growled softly.

'I can't forget with this extra weight on me. I want to go to the clinic just to see if she's healthy.' I say.

'She? How are you so sure it's a girl?' he asks.

'I want a girl. So that's what I imagine it to be.'

'I want what ever you're having. A boy or girl would make me happy.' he said, I could hear the smile in his voice.

'I'm glad you're saying that. Girls are very-'

'Moody.' he cut me off.

'I was going to say difficult, but that too.' I chuckled.

'Tell me when you're on the way home baby.' Jesse said.

'Okay,'

'Be safe, I love you.' Jesse told me.
