Macie's POV

I woke up the next morning with a couple massages from cody

Cody:
"Good morning beautiful"
"I know it's like 5:00 am in Arizona
but I just wanted you to wake up and smile"
"Message me back when you see this"

I had a huge grin on my face. How did I get so lucky?!
I decide to DM  him immediately.

Macie:
"Thank you for the very cute messages😊💞
"I couldn't stop smiling💖"
Cody:
"That was my plan❤️"
"We should Facetime later tonight"
Macie:
"Why?"
Cody:
"So I can see your beautiful and because I have some good news and I want to see your reaction when I tell you!"
Macie:
"Okay, what time?"
Cody:
"Midnight my time, so like 9:00 pm for you"
Macie:
"Okay💞"
"I'm gonna get ready for the day so I'll text you later"
Cody:
"Ok babe ttyl xo"

After I got out of bed, went to the bathroom and got in the shower. I was playing music on my phone and my favorite song came on, idfc by blackbear. I was jamming out and dancing. Then I heard a knock on the door, it was my mom.

Mom:
"Macie, Krista is hear!"
Macie:
"Okay I'll be out in 5 minutes"

Krista is my bestfriend if you were wondering.
We have been really close friends since we were in 6th grade, we are sophomores in highschool now and we are still super close. She knows everything about me and I know everything about her. She is like my sister!

I walk out of the bathroom and Aleah is sitting on my bed

Krista:
"Spill!"
Macie:
"About what?" I asked in an innocent voice.
Krista:
"You know what!"

"He's amazing!"

"I knew it!! So you like him?"
