So...Niall and Sapphie were best friends. They stopped talking for a while when Niall found out Sapphie liked him. A few things happened on her birthday and they began to talk again and became best friends again. This time NIALL gained feelings Sapphie had never lost. One day he gained the confidence to ask her out. She said yes and 3 days after, she got in a car accident. Niall walked in the room she was assigned and she was asleep. He was going to walk out when she said, "I...need...you..." There's still a possibility of her going into a coma, will he stick by her side? Even if she goes into a coma?
