God sits up high in his kingdom, watching Satan work. He watches all his ideas unfold as they begin to work. He watches the people turn against him, hour by hour, one at a time.
God speaks to the angels of Heaven, "Satan has grown his army of evil and we shall soon fight a war. We must destroy him and his demons and clear this place of hate. It will be a long war, but remember, I will be fighting alongside all of you. We are a family and we will bring these monster down."
An angel asks, "Lord, when shall we fight this great war?" God stares down unto the people of Earth, watching them turn on him with carelessness. Then he answers, "I am afraid the time is soon, but if we fight with honor, we will win. Soon, though, will we fight, fight till the end."
God knows that he must take the rest of the people soon or it will be too late. The people have not yet fulfilled their purpose, but it is soon that God will and must take them, take them by his side.
Once more, God stares down at his creation, eyes crystalizing in the white light of Heaven. "I must send a prophet to undo the ways of evil and reclaim my beloved children," God says to himself, tearing with every word.
Satan knows the war is soon too. He watches the people in almost the same way God does, but with cruel intentions. He knows he needs every soul he can get to win this great war.
Satan stands, grasping his trident. A hint of anger and anxiousness present. His eyes burn with blazing hate.
