“Well that was interesting…” Izzy said after I told her the story of what happened last night.
“I just…I don’t want this to-” I started but Izzy interrupted.
“Oh my gosh. Shutup. It’s not going to interfere with the budding friendship blah blah blah. Chill the freak out,” She screamed.
“Ugh shutup,” I groaned and she had the nerve to start giggling at me. I raised my eyebrow at her.
“You’re actually so cute,” She explained.
“You think this is cute?” I asked her.
“Yes very. You all worked up is quite the sight to see,” She smiled.
“Well anyway. I need to know what’s the 411 with you and Mattyboy,” I smirked.
“There is no 411,” She said all to quickly.
“And I’m Beyonce,” I said sarcastically and she rolled her eyes at me.
“I saw him last night,” She answered vaguely.
“And…?” I asked.
“We kissed,” She said as this huge grin started to form on her face.
“How was it?” I asked and it was silent for a few seconds before she answered.
“Nothing like I’ve ever experienced. It was different. He wasn’t like the other boys. He didn’t rush right into it and tried to slide his hands up my shirt or grope me all over,” She explained nostalgic.
“Sounds amazing,” I smiled at how happy and cute she looked talking about it. I was truly happy for her.
“It was. He wants to take me out later,” She said.
“Really,” I said nodding my head thinking about it.
“What?” She sighed.
“Nothing,” I assure her.
“Why did you say it like that then?” She asked.
“I didn’t say it like anything. We need to start getting ready though,” I changed the subject. I brushed my hair letting it flow in natural curls and started on my makeup while Isabella finished straightening her hair. I put on mascara and eyeliner being careful not to make it to heavy, there was no need to look like a late night hooker.
I changed into a redish ombre shirt and high waisted jeans with black flats while Isabella decided to wear a tight black skull tank top , shorts , black leggings and flats. We both finished up our makeup, grabbed our stuff and went downstairs just as the cleaning crew was finshing. “Thank you,” I called out as they left.
“We should get going,” She said running her fingers through her hair making sure it was good one last time. I grabbed my keys and locked the door on the way out. We slide into my car and got going.

We were in the car on our way to meet up with Billy and his friends when I noticed how silent it was in the car. Isabella had been on her phone for a bout 10 minutes she had to know at least some kind of new gossip that she was dying to talk about. It’s hardly ever silent in the car when were together because I mean we’re in high school there’s always something to talk about.
“Are you okay?” I asked.
“Yeah sorry I’m just reading this,” She said.
“What’s this?” I asked her.
“This Twitter fight between Stephanie and Jade,” She grinned.
“Juliette and Amanda?” I asked shocked.
“Mhm,” She answered.
“What the hell? I thought they were friends,” I said.
“Exactly what I thought but apparently Jade was talk talking to Aaron and Juliette found out,” She explained.
“Because that is just so surprising,” I scoff.
“I think it’s funny. It’s not like any of this is going to matter. It happens all the time,” She laughed.
“She’s going to argue with Amanda. She’s going to argue with Aaron and they’re just going to stay together,” I rolled my eyes.
It was so sad to see these girls nowadays letting a boy control their lives. They forgive these boys time after time and it gets worse and worse. A shame really, if a boy shows you no respect than you really shouldn’t give him the time a day. But hey I’m in no position to judge.
“I can’t believe she just found out though,” Izzy said as we parked the car in the parking lot at the café we were supposed to meet Billy at.
“Some bitches are just to love blind,” I shrugged and got out of the car. As we got out Billy and James came to walk towards us.
“What the hell took you guys so long?” James asked .
“Uhm” Izzy said pointing her fingers at me and her. “Do you see the perfection standing in front of you?” She asked.
“It takes time,” I smirked.
“Must suck. Me and Billy can just wake up good looking while you guys need a fucking hour to do half your outfit,” He exclaimed.
“Blah blah blah,” Izzy said waving her hand dismissing the conversation and smiling at Billy.
“Hey guys,” He chuckled at James face as he looked beyond agitated.
“Hey,” I smiled.
“What’s up for today?” Izzy asked.
“James wants to go hangout in town and than later some other people are coming and I plan on crushing you guys at bowling,” He smirked.
“You crush me and Iz at bowling? Not possible,” I laughed.
“Yeah alright we’ll see,” James smirked.
“We better go. We gotta meet Leon and Brad,” Billy said as we all started walking towards the middle of the park.
“Oh my gosh did you guys hear about Juliette and Aaron?” Izzy said as she was once again scrolling away on her phone.
“Who hasn’t,” James scoffed.
“He’s an idiot. He thinks nobody knows his business but everyone does,” Billy said.
“Well Juliette and Amanda are tweefing right now,” Izzy said. And James and Billy started laughing uncontrollably.
“Wh-what?” James managed to ask in between fits of laughter.
“They’re tweefing,” I explained.
“I’m not even going to tell you what I thought you said at first,” James laughed while I scrunched my face up.
“Ew,” I rolled my eyes.
“Tweefing is like the slang for fighting because it’s Twitter beef,” Izzy explained.
“We’ve noticed Twitter slang is common amongst peasants like you,” I smirked.
“Yeah alright,” Billy said amused.
“Are they really doing it all public like that?” James asked.
“Their whole relationship is common public knowledge why not?” I laughed.
And the whole way to the park that was the topic as Izzy was giving us a live broadcast of the Twitter drama. As we got closer to where Leon and Brad were I started to feel more relaxed. I was on good terms with Billy and he obviously didn’t remember the kiss or at least I don’t think he did because he didn’t bring it up or act awkward at all. I can honestly say I think today is going to be a good day.
“It that Evan and Stacy?” James asked amusement in his voice and I groaned.
“Ugh,” I muttered.
“No no they’re arguing,” Izzy said starting to laugh as we got close enough to hear them yelling at each other.
Did I say good day? I meant fantastic.
