Meeting a Legend (Herobrine X Reader)

Chapter 12

It was midday and I was heading home. I was really bored earlier so I decided to head out and explore a little, till I ran into Steve. I wasnt planning on staying and chatting for long but he decided to go with me insisting that he could help protect me if I got into a fight with the mobs.
I told him I could defend myself. Then pointed to the diamond sword hanging from my hip. He was real set on going with me though. I didnt really mind being around him but it annoys me when he talks like that. Its like he thinks I cant defend myself.
I noticed the sky was darkening. Slightly confused I looked up at the sky and noticed that dark clouds had rolled in. Within a few minutes it was misting.
I walked in the rain not really minding intill it started to downpour. I was soaked within seconds. Great, I really wished I had an umbrella right now.
*Time skip*
I got back to the mansion. I was shivering and shaking. I felt like I was soaked to the bone. I trudged through the door. Leaves puddles of water as I went.
I was about to go steal one of his shirts when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Herobrine standing behind me.
He looked at my soaked appearance and laughed. "Where you out playing in the rain." He laughed.
"No!! I got caught in a rain storm while I was out exploring earlier."
I was still shaking cold from my soaked clothes. Hero must of noticed because next thing I noticed he had pulled me into his arms.
"Geez your even shivering."
"Gee I wonder why." I said sarcastically.
I slowly began to stop shivering as I was warming up. "How are you so warm Hero."
"Well I did just come from the nether."
Confused I was about to ask but he beat me to it.
"I was getting some ingredients for a potion."
As if today's events were just now catching up to me. I found myself getting tired.
I think he noticed this because I felt him slip his arm under my legs and pick me up, carrying me bridal style.
I really liked the feeling of being in his arms. I couldnt exactly explain why but it was just so comforting.
"Soooo warm." I whispered. I could feel his chest move slightly as he gave a small laugh.
He carried me to my room and laid me in my bed. Then left the room.
*time skip*
I felt my self being shook. I didnt want to get up. I wanted to lay in this bed all day. I opened my eyes to see a pair of glowing white eyes looking down at mine. Haha 'deshavu' much (sorry if I spelled that wrong.)
"Why must you wake me." I complained.
"Because you've been sleeping all day. I was starting to get worried."
I looked over at the clock and say that it said 12 pm.
"How did I sleep so late?" I wondered aloud.
"Your foreheads burning up to." he said placing his hand agaisnt my head.
He took his hand away. I also had a fever. I wondered why intill intill it all decided to click in my head. Did I seriously get sick from being stuck in that rain storm. I didnt think that was actually a thing.
"I think im sick."
I went to sit up and got slightly dizzy so I decided to lie back down.
"Whoa headrush."
Herobrine just kind of sat on the bed seeming like he wasnt sure what to do.
"I think I have a cold."
I thought for a minute then came up with an idea. "Do you have any healing potion."
"Yes but I dont think it would help they only heal physical injuries."
"Dang. I kind of wish we were at my house now. I have a bunch of medicines in my cabinet."
"I can teleport and go get them."
"No I mean my house in my world."
"Oh." He was silient for a minute and looked reluctant to tell me but decided to speak. "I...guess...I could take you back to your world. But were not staying there. Your coming back with me."
I smiled does that mean he wanted me to stay here.
He picked me up. "Close your eyes."
I did as he asked. He picked me up into his arms.
I felt a weird type of pressure. Like the air was pulling down on me. That lasted for a minute to two then stopped.
"You can open your eyes now." I heard near my ear.
I opened my eyes. I looked around and saw I was in my room.
"I still dont how your able to do this." I mutured.
He set me down and I plopped on my bed.
"I missed this bed so." I said then laughed. I got up and then looked at a few other things I missed having with me.
"Should you be running around so much when your sick."
"Sorry I got excited."
I walked into my kitchen and got a bottle of medicine.
I poured the recommend ed amout into one of those small measuring cups and drank it then went to sit on my couch in the living room.
I turned on the tv. I sat there for a minute and just decided to rest my eyes. When a few minutes later I felt something cold and wet on my forehead.
I opened my eyes and saw that it was a damp rag on my head. I smiled and looked over at hero. I thought it was sweet. I was content just taking it easy today when I heard a knock at my door.
I wonder who that could be I didn't have many friends and my parents disowned me after a fight I had with them a few years ago.
I was about to get up and get it. When Hero decided to get it instead.
I heard the door open and a voice ask kind of timidly. "Umm....is Mia home."
Curious I got up to see who it was. I peeked up and over Herobrine's shoulder. To see a friend I hadnt seen in a few years.
She was kind of short had blond hair and her name was Lynn.
I stepped in front of Hero.
"Lynn what spurred the sudden visit. I thought you lived in Wyoming."
"Still do but my parents decided to go on vacation here and offered to take me with. So I decided to come visit while I was here."
"Cool" I said while moving aside so she could come in. I gave her a hug because I was excited to see her. Then realised I probably shouldn't have cause since I had a cold.
"Ok I got to ask who is the dude."
"Umm...um he is my Boyfriend. "
I mentally faced palmed. Why did I say that. I heard Herobrine laugh then.
"Really?" Lynn asked.
I was about to speak up when Hero walked up to me and put his arm around my waist.
"Yes I am." He said then kissed my forehead.
I blushed crimson. He didnt have to play along so well.
"Aww you guys are so cute together."
She then just stared at Herobrine for a minute.
"You know your boyfriend looks familiar but I cant figure out why."
"Like Herobrine maybe?" I asked trying not to laugh.
"No not him. Someone else but I can't figure out who."
I laughed a bit then we talked for a while till she had to go. After she left though.
"So im your boyfriend now huh."
"Don't mock me It just the first thing that came out of my mouth."
"Sure it was" he said dragging the ure out.
I went and sat on the couch and put a movie on. Herobrine walked over intrigued. I smiled real big at him.
"What dont give me that look. I have seen tv's before. Just never up close."
He came over and sat next to me. "So what are you watching"
"This means war. Its a really good movie."
We watched the movie but halfway in I was getting sleepy. I laid my head on Herobrine shoulder. I felt him put his arm around me so my head was on his chest instead. Thinking I just rest my eyes for a minute. I closed them.

Herobrine pov

I was watching this movie with her when I felt a small weight on my shoulder. I pulled her closer so she would be more comfortable. She was well asleep within seconds. I just stared down at her sleeping form.
She made me feel the weirdness things. Things I didnt understand. Things ive never felt before.

There finally done. Sorry it took so long. School had been keeping me a bit busy the last few days.
But to make up for it I made you guys a really lo g chapter. It might only be a filler chapter but still.
