Three raps at my door disturbed my sleep. The first time might have been a freebie, but now I was getting upset. I wanted to sleep in on the weekend. None the less, I drug myself out of bed to answer the door.

"Good you're awake." Toran chimed.

"Only because of you." I muttered, but if he heard, he didn't show it.

"Some of the others and I were going to go out in the cars. Want to come?" he asked.

I tilted my head to the side to look behind him. Hana wasn't there, so I'd never get fully informed on what we were going to do. Arashi wasn't either.

"What happened to your twin?" I remarked dryly.

"Oh, him." Toran frowned. "I still got to get Arashi out of bed. I woke him up, but he didn't move."

"Fine." I sighed, half-agreeing to whatever we were doing. "Let's go get him first though." I added.

We walked down the hall to the stairs and decended to the second floor. There, we went to the left to Arashi's room. It was the very last one on the floor. I imagined the inside had windows on two sides, giving the owner more of a view over the campus.

Toran didn't bother with knocking on the door. He simply twisted the knob and pushed it away from him as he entered. As he crossed the distance to Arashi's bed, I hung back at the doorframe.

"Hey, wake up!" Toran shouted, kicking the frame of the bed so that the whole thing lurched.

Arashi remained sleeping on his stomach with the covers partially laying overtop him. His arms were wrapped around the pillow and showed no signs of letting go.

"Fine, we'll do it the hard way." Toran muttered grumpily, reaching into his pocket. He brought out a cigarette lighter and placed his thumb on the triger. At the same time, he flipped the lid.

I supposed he meant to burn Arashi, but things didn't turn out that way. Instead, a splash of water hit the lighter and Toran's pants right in the crotch. The water had come from a cup sitting on the nightstand beside Arashi's bed. Arashi himself yawned, smacked his lips in his sleep, and rolled over.

"Why you!!!" Toran growled.

I never realized his best friend had the complete opposite ability of him. But before Toran went on to complain more, I brought my finger up to my lips. He got the hint and closed his mouth, stepping back five spaces. I took the spot where Toran had been standing.

Toran flicked the cirgarette lighter again. Arashi, in his sleep, made another small bubble of water raise out of the glass. Just like before, it went to make a U-turn over his head before shooting at its target. It never got any farther. I froze the water with my ability enough to make the drops heaver. The freezing rain came down on Arashi's head.

"AIIIII!" he screeched, jumping up in bed.
